More plot details?

All of that sounds fantastic, as long as Eddie DOES NOT "buy the farm" (die).

The Terrible Two, eh? Kinda cheesy, but whatever...it doesn't matter seeing as that "big smack down" is going to kick some Royale (pun intended) a$$! So, Marko and Brock live? But Harry dies...I'm absolutely fine with that! Harry and May are the ones I wanted to die in this one anyways!

3 months Catman? Jeez...how time flies.

Hmmm it is interesting that Eddie could survive. You know besides Norman I like how Sam keeps it open that some of the baddies could have survived. Since Spidey-2 Sony has been quoted saying that they want to make 6 Spidey films. I have a feeling that they might of told Sam to start leaving some villians stories open for more.

I think in the future maybe we will see both Brock and Ock trying to get at Spidey down the road.

Usually Sam always has suprises for us, I remember Norman's apperance was a suprise. So maybe we are in for some more.

If Brock were to live, he could tell everyone Peter's secret. Unless they give him amnesia.

I completely understand this, but Harry is in the same situation.

Besides, who would believe Brock? They could end Brock's arc in SM3 the exact same way they ended The Riddler's in Batman Forever.

Damn, somebody actually watched that movie all the way to the end? You have a much stronger stomach than I.:woot:

Nothing new here. Seems as if they just took the info from the script summary and the version of the Q&A I sent to aicn and put it in thier own words.

Claiming credit whether it's due or not, eh LOTN?:whatever: :cwink: :woot:

I'm not exactly sure why I'd claim credit if I didn't do it since I'd be lynched for it by fanboys, but go ahead and believe it if you want to.

I remember being completely befuddled by the "Spider-Man Day Kiss" thing back when the script summary came out originally. The whole thing sounded a bit ridiculous to me.

....And it STILL sounds ridiculous.

AMEN, brother, amen!

Agreed, he is not going to kiss Gwen without any reason...he freakin loves MJ. He's not under the control of the symbiote so wtf would he kiss her? If that happens, it would be totally out of place and unmerited by any degree.

I don't really like the whole idea of "Spider-Man Day", sounds like something that should be done for Superman not Spider-Man. I prefer Spider-Man to always be underappreciated by the city.

maybe brock will live after all. atleast now we know that there is a slight chance that he will live. He might not though. I guess we will find out on may 4th.

Well they could bring Norman back. I'm not saying they will do this, but it's a **************, they can bring him back from the dead easily.

Hmmm, no I would say to Norman coming back. Yes it is comic book based but Sam is not the type to make it such an unrealistic stretch.

First we saw the glider impale Norman. Harry was with the dead body. And there was a funeral, most likley from seeing the casket it could of been an open casket funeral earlier. So no I don't think Norman could be brought back in any reasonable way.

As for Ock yes, because we just saw him falling into the water, not much else. He could of been knocked out momentarly there are lots of stuff that could bring Ock back.

yeah, I know. Sam would never bring him back to life, I'm just saying that if he wanted to, he could. (By saying that his healing powers kick in, or that he was cloned or some sh**).

There's two reasons villains usually never end up revealing the secret identity of their superhero enemies...

1. They generally have a preexisting relationship with both the superhero and their alter-ego. If they revealed the superhero's identity, and anyone bothered actually looking into it, it would be assumed by most people that the villain had been on bad terms with the "average joe" alter-ego and are looking for someone to blame.

2. (The more likely reason) The villain wants to be the sole slayer of their superhero nemesis. Telling anyone else vital information like the superhero's true identity may compromise their selfish desire for revenge.

So...no. Much like Harry, Brock would very much want to keep the information to himself.

While i do agree with you completly, I think that the 2nd reason is silly. I know it's true, but why would a villain need to kill the hero themselve's? If I were a bad guy, I would be so happy to find out that my arch enemy is dead, and that I didn't even have to lift a finger. Villains are pretty stupid.

The 2nd reason makes more sense than the 1st. Things like this happen all the time. Imagine if you hated someone so much because they constantly thwarted your plans and the situation became too personal. Now, you make it a priority that you must kill this person only to have some other schmuck rob you of such a desire, wouldn't you be p1ssed?
Like I said before, things like this happen all the time. Its basically someone robbing you of a potential victory. Even in the comics, Doc Ock saved spider-man's life soley because he wanted him fit and healthy to fight another day in which ock himself will have the pleasure of killing him. Ock wasn't going to let some stupid illness rob him of his greatest achievement.

ehh, I suppose.
