BvS MOS 2 and Justice League being filmed simultaneously?

I'd like another solo Superman film at least. Braniac as the villain.

I'd prefer...

MOS: Zod

BvS: Luthor

Justice League: Darkseid

MOS2: Braniac

Wonder Woman: Ares

The Flash: Zoom

Batman: Hugo Strange

what about the secret society for the first JL movie?

I agree with you about MOS, JL, and Flash. Here are my choices for the other ones:

BvS: Luthor AND Metallo.

Wonder Woman: Circe.

Batman: Hush.

The problem is though...once they do Darkseid..who could they possibly bring in for a JL sequel that could top him?

Darkseid is a terrible idea to start out the Justice League. He should be a sequel or 3rd movie villain.

I agree.

Justice League 1 should be Vandal Savage or Ra's Al Ghul.

No Alien threats so soon after MoS.

I agree.

you mean as a tower of babel history. Interesting. But IMO I would like to see the secret society or the legion of doom facing the justice league in the second movie. Because we need a great threat to make the heores to unite in the first one.
Darkseid or Brainiac could be those threats.
Also the crime syndicate can be a pretty good threat to a JL sequel.

I was thinking why not have an Appellaxian Invasion, or even bring the JL Animated (White Martians) Origins to life. Just enough of a scale to require a Justice League, while not blowing their load too early.

Then again, because DC/WB is building their universe through Superman, this may not be an option at all.

I don't know how it would work, politics and all, but i would love a human war, taking place - terrorists, with threats posted around the globe, the terrorist gave the government/s an ultimatum and literally it was down to JLA to stop it - i would love to see a bigger scale version of the Smallville battle, with flash, batman, GL all involved as two countries go head to head - the JLA want to stop the battle, but also help/save lives.

I need to properly think about it, but a country in the middle east could be sponsored behind closed doors (by lexcorp), to attack america if Superman and the JLA do not hand themselves over or agree to not interfere in public relations (even though they wouldn't) - civil war could be on the verge as the nation gets worried, other countries are ready for war, to help out allies.

JLA and investigative reporters ;) realise it's a scam and try to reveal it is luthor before too late.

I just feel, in the real world, if america suddenly had 7 meta humans/aliens living there, other nations will be like WTF - is it second coming, a super army etc. Also, i feel it needs a grounded movie to be different to marvel.

I use Transformers 1 as an example, i loved the tone at the start, where the army were attacked by a decepticon - it was totally believable, considering it was an alien attack.

Still the problem stands that it's aliens and an invasion.

But if it wasn't aliens and they did it like JLA: New World Order. Where of course it is the white martians but they disguise themselves as new superheroes called the Hyperclan then that would be different and interesting.

BvS:Doomsday (released by an unknown party), burrowing out from under Themyscira and Deathstroke(with a hint that the Joker hired him) guarding LexCorp and the Kryptonite reserves needed to take down Doomsday.

Justice League: Vandal Savage, who was responsible for Doomsday, and his next plan, the Legion of 'Doom'.

or

BvS: Metallo (under Lex's control at first, but later somehow regains his own vengeful free will) and Deathstroke (with a hint that the Joker hired him and screwed up Lex's plans (for chaos's sake, presumably)).

Justice League: Brainiac & Ares (not working together).

You don't. You make him a recurring foe.

If you do Darkseid in JLA then do a movie adaptation of Crisis on Infinite Earths for the 2nd one and Infinite Crisis or Final Crisis for the 3rd one.

Who's more badass than Darkseid?

Aquaman & Atlantis ;)

It worked in the comics.

JL villains?
ha! we have plenty of them and pretty good threats:
Here are some of the ones that can be used in the first one.

Time traveler (interesting and groundbreaking villain on big screen) could lead a great story IMO.

I don't see a problem with aliens to be honest. It helps introduce Martian Manhunter without needing his own origin story, plus it acts as a quick way to have the Justice League together, because they don't bind together with a government agency like S.H.I.E.L.D. and The Avengers Initiative. Most importantly, this could act as Superman's redemption, where he actually saves people from the invasion based on his experience with the Kryptonian invasion.

You don't. You make him a recurring foe.

What does this accomplish? It just gets repetitive very quickly.

It's one of the reasons why I think this whole Loki demand at Marvel is going to dissipate very soon if he keeps getting more attention.

In the comics there is always someone more badass.

When a character gets stale they just copy him, give him a new name and say he's more powerful.

e.g. Anti Monitor, Imperiex, Nekron

Agreed. We've had Loki every year since 2011. I got sick of him mid-way through The Avengers.

Not if he is done properly.

I agree completely. DC needs to not stick to the standard formula and do some extraordinary things to get some attention. Infinite Crisis, Flashpoint etc. are all ideas for JL films that will surely set them apart from the Avengers.

Get in first with your big gun, Darkseid, and then move onto something more creative and attention grabbing.

It could be magical the threat. Cirque, Ares can be due to the inclusion of Wondy too soon. I liked your idea of white martians.
But again the JL can be connected with A.R.G.U.S or checkmate and have a nice role in the movie.

Anti-Monitor is actually a pretty great choice.

Darkseid's elite will be the villains of JLA.

I guarantee it.

Darkseid will definitely be a presence, and will likely come to blows with the League (At least, Batman and Superman), but don't expect him to be defeated in this first encounter.

I fully expect to see Darkseid beat the ever loving **** out of Superman and Batman, and very well the rest of the League too, only to escape via boom tube.

1. Time travel
2. Brainiac
3. Tower of Babel
4. AMAZO
5. Crisis on Two Earths

I mean there's a lot of ways they could go with it.
