The Unmasking is going to revert back though.

We all know that Marvel isn't going to stick with it. It's going to stay around for a bit to get all the interesting "What if" knid of stories out of the way.

Then after that, the "secret identity" will return.

There lies the problem with marvel... Making What if? titles in regular continuity... Sins past and the other COULD'VE worked if they were what if stories... I miss the time where Marvel actually cared about continuity...

I think they've already given themselves an "out"; Flash Thompson doesn't believe it, & has hinted that once Civil War blows over, Peter & Spidey will be seen together. It's a cheesy out, but then so was saying that Norman Osborn was responsible for the CLone Saga. If it restores the natural order, I'll take it.

Yup. Tony remote-piloted one of his suits on several occasions, as well as having someone else play Iron Man for awhile. DD had Peter (irony) stand in for him as Daredevil at a trial after his secret ID was outted, and

Iron Fist was playing DD while Matt was in jail to protect Hell's Kitchen, as well as helping hide Matt's secret ID.

It's not an original idea, by any means, but neither was the Unmasking.

I've usually called it the robin suit (t3h R081n 5u1t or any other leetspeak variants) since Robin's the biggest sidekick ever... wha? Robin has no green now?! holy crap! Spidey's looking more like a sidekick... still we'll get some crappy retcon to fix this whole mess till the next big event...

I guess Spider-tool wouldn't mind... after all he's living at tony's with a bugged room... he's wearing a bugged tony made suit, he still doesn't mind, plus he's Tony's slave, whose whole purpose in life is to do whatever his "master Tony" wants... and he can be beaten by an unborn fetus...

but the REAL Spidey would... you know the one that craps in his pants whenever someone (friend or foe) suspects than Peter Parker and Spidey are one and the same... The one who wouldn't follow anyone blindly and wouldn't be beaten by an unborn fetus... one who's fought against Juggernaut and made it out alive, traded a few blows with the Hulk, he WOULD BE VERY PISSED OFF!!! Unfortunately we've got Spider-Tool right now so there is nothing we can do...
