Jason Statham's cameo in Collateral. Seems odd.

What's extra odd about that, is it's not only Jason Statham, but it's supposed to be his Transporter character. Really weird choice, but at least it's at the very start of the film so we quickly forget about it.

I didn't know that was meant to be his Transporter character... you're right, makes a weird thing even weirder.

Never realised Vultan from Flash Gordon was Robin Hoods Dad in Prince of Thieves

Star Trek WOK : Kirk eats an apple while McCoy tells the tale about the Kobayashi Maru and still eats it while telling to Saavik that he doesn't like to lose and doesn't believe in no-win scenario.

Star Trek ID : Kirk is eating an apple while doing the Kobayashi Maru ( the reprogrammed one ).

Miami Vice from the 1980's. Not movie related exactly but a lot of these actors are now famous in movies where back then they were just nobodies.

Watching season 2 there are even more people showing up. I never knew just how many of actors made guest appearances on this one show.

The original Sarah Connor is blonde and the new one, played by an actress most known for playing a blonde, is brunette.

Why would they want to have the correct hair?

They didn't bother in even matching the garbage truck.

Yeah I getcha. I mentioned Giancarlo Esposito shortly after your post.

Gary Oldman played a midget opposite Peter Dinklage. McConaughey and kate Beckinsale are also part of this movie. Great to see while stoned.

the girl who plays young Whoopi Goldberg in Sister Act also played her character Guinan as a little kid in a episode of TNG called Rascals.

In the beginning of Collateral, when Tom Cruise's character is arriving at the airport, he walks into Jason Statham, Statham drops a bag in the collision. Vincent (Cruise) asks the stranger (Statham) if he's okay, they exchange pleasantries and then Vincent walks off with the bag. It's not explicitly said in the credits that it's The Transporter, but he does deliver a package (the bag) and is wearing a suit.

I watched Death Warrant last night, which was written by David Goyer. Turns out it was his first screenplay. Lawd.

Cynthia Gibb was hot though.

one of Doug Quaid's friends Harry in the '90 original Total Recall was Det Bullock in Batman: The Animated Series.

Christopher Nolan's Batman trilogy has three actors from Game of Thrones: Jack Gleeson (the kid in Batman Begins who idolizes Batman and is later saved by Rachel during Scarecrow's chemical attack/Joffrey "Baratheon"), Aiden Gillen (CIA agent/Petyr "Littlefinger" Baelish), and Burn Gorman (Philip Stryver/Karl Tanner).

Everything's got three actors from GoT nowadays. :whatever:

Except Game of Thrones. They have more than three actors from Game of Thrones.

The movie was on this weekend. I thought Tony, the vagina face mutant, looked and sounded familiar. I looked it up and it's Dean Norris (Hank on Breaking Bad). He also played the SWAT team leader in T2 and had a role on the Sarah Connor chronicles series.

In Back To The Future when Marty is tardy for school the dialogue goes like this:

Strickland: I hear your band is signed up for the auditions. Why even bother? No McFly has ever amounted to anything in the history of Hill Valley.

Marty: Yeah, well history is gonna change.

And it does.

Marty changes history and his Dad does amount to something.
