Thanks!

I still haven't gotten around to seeing Barry Lyndon. :csad: One of these days. :woot:
When you see it, I think you will dig it, especially as a Kubrick fan.

The last time I tried to watch Barry Lyndon my room mate at the time came home sat down and started continually b****ing about how boring it was. I finally gave up until he left an hour later.

After the 45 minute beating you gave him. :woot:

3 USA Network actors from 2 different shows played characters in Amazing Spider-Man.

Skyler Gisondo who plays young Sean on the tv show Psych played Gwen Stacy's younger brother in Amazing Spider-Man.

Jill Flint from Royal Pains played the receptionist at Oscorp

Campbell Scott from Royal Pains played Peter Parker's Dad.

Which is weird because Bruce Campbell from Burn notice is in all 3 of the Raimi films.

Yeah & Embeth Davidtz who plays Peter's mother in Amazing Spider-Man has worked with Bruce Campbell & Sam Raimi in the movie Army Of Darkness.

Andrew Garfield was older than Tobey when he acted as Spider-man. WHAT

as much as I'd hate to defend Tobey, tho, he was around the same age as Andrew playing a high school student, he was only suppose to be in high school for the first half of the movie

I really liked Andrew for the role, when he was cast, an I even liked him in the role... but, I didn't like the idea of having him in high school

Denzel Washington coached, Avon Barksdale, Opie Winston and The Driver in Remember the Titans.

Good job of steering your players away from a life of crime coach. :woot:

Just watched Phantasm 2. A bag of a dusted human says Sam Raimi Male: 170 lbs on it.

Gwenyth Paltrow may be the only actor/actress to be in two live-action movies with flying aircraft carriers.

(YMMV on how "live action" Sky Captain is.)

"License to Kill" and "Quantum of Solace" both basically copycat Michael Mann's directing style (albeit from two different eras).

There's 300%+ left from the overcharge Iron Man got from Thor's lightning bolt when he's trying to restart the propeller.

The Hulk slams a piece of metal into the flying snake and Thor hammers it down.

David Arnold reuses the "You Know My Name" motif/song from Casino Royale (albeit, very briefly) in the Quantum of Solace score (Target Terminated).

Realised this a while back but in Sleepy Hollow, the town elders are played by a veritable who's who of Geek-culture actors:

Picture: Dumbledore, Principal Rooney, Alfred, Emperor Palpatine.

Although he's not pictured, Uncle Vernon is one of them too.

I went to rewatch The Mist now since a few of the ators and actresses from The Walking Dead are in it, and found that Sam Witwer had a decent role in it. I'm more familiar with him from The Force Unleashed games and the voice of Darth Maul in The Clone Wars.

That's because Darabont likes to collaborate with some actors more than once and since he directed The Mist and got TWD off the ground... ;)
