Movie Stuff You Only Now Just Realized - Part 7

In Ghostbusters '85, there is a job opening that Winston gets, but at that point in the movie, they're celebrities. Why was Winston the only one answering the newspaper add? You'd think there would be a long line for people wanting the job.

It's not like they were looking for scientists or paranormal people, Winston was just a regular dude.

All my years I've been watching this movie, I just now realized that.

Yeap. He fought Thanos before Chadwick did.

Shaquille O'Neal turned 46 this year.

So back in the 90s, when he was making a brand name for himself and trying his hand at Hollywood stardom, he was in his early-mid 20s.

I'm sure it's not that uncommon for NBA stars to hit it big so young, I just never really thought of him that way. Make of that what you will.

Lebron went to the NBA right after high school. So it’s not unheard of.

It's kinda like how when I started reading comics, I pretty much assumed every superhero was 30+.

Not movie related but I learned days ago while watching+wikipedia Knight Rider.
K.A.R.R stands for Knight Automated Roving Robot.

Saw this on reddit. There is a painting in Le Samourai that features a man that looks a lot like Rorschach from Watchmen.

It hit me while watching Philadelphia that here Jason Robards and Tom Hanks play enemies, but both guys got to play newspaperman Ben Bradlee, one in All the President's Men, the other in The Post.

Mike Colter was in Men in Black 3 as J's father.

Dumbo 2019 marks the 3rd time Keaton and Devito have worked together

Recently we got the new live-action versions of Cinderella and Beauty & the Beast. Both of those ladies wear gloves with their iconic dresses on most of the merch, but those new live-action designs had no gloves. Not sure why they're phasing those out all of a sudden.

Mick Rory from Legends of Tomorrow is in Mission: Impossible II.

Also, between that movie, Moulin Rouge, Stealth, The League of Extraordinary Gentlemen and Van Helsing, someone really wanted to make Richard Roxburgh a Hollywood star in the early 2000's. And then gave up.

God, his portrayal of Dracula might be the worst of all time.

Agreed. He was just a basic movie villain not fit to bite a neck.

in princess diaries the queen takes a mic from one of the reporters hand and sticks it in his jacket lapel pocket LOL

Robert Urich (RIP) looked like Sam Neil

Oh, Tommy's little brother's name is Dill. Dill Pickle. I get it now.

The post-credits scene for Cap: Civil War teased Spidey’s new Spider-signal, another fancy feature Tony added for him. He never uses it in Homecoming, or Infinity War.
