My first gray hair

Well the responses here certainly surprise me. You're all crazy. Gray hair sucks, and I loathe the day I find one. :o

I don't think I'll get grey hair. I think I'll probably just go bald.

It's rarer for someone with blondey coloured hair to go grey ain't it?

You guys think thats bad? I was born bald!

I shave my head once a week. I don't like hair. I want to go Lex.

You're one of the only people I know that can pull off the 'bald' look.

I have a grey hair on the top of my head, off to the side. The fact that I'm going grey doesn't bother me. I just wish I was going grey in a cool way. Give me the grey sideburns, or the grey patch on the front of my hairline.

I actually combed that grey strand completely out once (nappy boy, oo-wee), but it grew back the next time I cut my hair, so now it's prominent again. It turns out plucked hairs will grow back if given enough time.

Ive got a few gray hairs. I've been trying to will them to grow together so I can get a cool-looking white streak in my hair. :o

As a general rule, shaving works with a long/ovoid (is ovoid how you say "oval-like"?) head. If you've got more of an apple-shaped or box-shaped head, keep your hair and buy a hat when you start to go bald.

Yes guys, you heard, my first grey hair has been spotted on/by the sideburns of my head. I am in complete shock as I am typing this very message. I am 15 and your thoughts on this are...

:(

You will be totally grey by your 30th Birthday, so get use to it....

nah it's when you get you're first grey short and curly you start panicking

When my wife found a grey hair, she was pretty upset. When I tried to comfort her, she asked me what I'd do if I found a grey hair. I told her I'd tell it it's welcome to stay!

Women. :whatever:

I earned every gray hair on my head, as far as I'm concerned they're badges of honor.

Sometimes grey hairs just pop up.

My dad however was completely grey by 22, and white by 30.

If you go gray at an early age and keep good care of yourself, nobody will know that you've aged at all as the decades roll by. Just look at Steve Martin. He looks the same now as he did in the 1970's. On the other hand, Bill Murray, Chevy Chase, and Dan Akroyd...

I got a couple grays at about 17. I'm 24 now and have grays scattered all over the place. You can notice it out in the sun and under certain light. Its still sparse so I have dark hair, but you can definitely see all the grays if your looking. No big deal, lots of guys my age have grays like I do actually.

Though I don't mind them much, I've gotten my hair dyed last year and it was nice, all the grays were gone for a few months. May do it again soon since the hair cut lady mentioned them and was like "you should come get them dyed".

I'm still mad at my sister for looking through my hair to find the grey ones and thus make me self conscious of them. I need to figure out some way to retaliate
