I dunno how good of an actor he is, but he at least has the right look to play Nathan's dad (he doesn't really look like Peter) my only problem is the little continuity error it has created with the O12 pic.

Nice, old school 70's actor. I was always hoping it would be Sly (in a first time TV role), but Robert Forsters has a resemblance to both actors.

According to the Behind the Eclipse interviews, Arthur will be seen in flashback by episode 8. Of course, that might not be the only place we see him, but at the very least, we know he will be in a flashback.
