Well, from the fact that Pratt's whereabout was super-secretive, and her speaking negatively of Peter's parents during her encounter with Peter, I don't think she had a recent reunion dinner with Mr. & Mrs. Petrellis and the rest of the Company (esp. since she left at such bad terms).

You're probably right. I was speaking more to the fact that we have seen almost none of the 'Numerati's' powers.
I remember someone spoiling a while back on the NBC boards that we would learn of all their abilities before the season was over (the whole season not the strike induced half season we've seen so far)
I would love a flashback episode that shows the 12 in their hayday. We've already seen young Kaito, so I guess it's possible...maybe.

Maybe they had the dinner and during that encounter Pratt learned of the plan to have Peter explode in New York, after the picture. So she then cuts any leftover ties to the twelve.

MAYBE one of them can do that with an image, like create an image of whatever they want ie the photograph of all of them after some had supoposedly left the company, fallouts, etc..?

and how come nobody has mentioned why Arthur is looking away???

or that he looks exactly like Nathan..

i know he's their dad but it looks like Nathan posed and turned away at the last second..

that should be a big thing to be looked into..

Especially since we know next to nothing about his ability or anything rock solid..

We know what they talk about, but haven't seen anything of him..

I think mr Petrelli is looking away so the audience doesn't get a good look at his face. They probably want to him to be as mysterious as possible for now because he is/was a major player in the original 12. I bet he'll make an appearance sooner or later, probably in a flashback but it could be in the present. Arthur was pretty powerful according to Linderman and Bob.

I know it's a long shot, but did anyone notice that in S2E01: "Four Months Later..." Kaito told Angela to "Disappear" it could be nothing, but I think it could be a hint to her ability especially given the amount of hints to larger story lines (and Eden's power) that you only pick up on, on second viewing in season 1.

Could be. I love how Eden says to Mohinder that's she's sure he will be back. Now we know why she's so sure.

At least that means we will find out some aspect of the 12, unlike the cop-out that was last season. pretty much my only problem with season two was that they didnt give us a damn thing except a lousy picture and one measly flashback.

Hahah, that flashback was very very crappy. But like you said, thise season we'll find out more about the original 12. I'm especially interested in Arthur Petrelli.

I thought Charles Deveaux had the dream power Peter copied to learn he was going to blow up last season. It was also evident when Charles came to him in his dream and showed him one of his memories of when he and Peter had first met, and also in the dream that Deveaux and Peter flew together in right before he died.

If it were true that Mama Petrelli possesses prophetic dreams - which is news to me, by the way, then food for thought that Deveaux could have empathetic powers, which explains Peter Petrelli's.

How would that explain Peter's empathic power? That's his original power. Through empathy, he takes on the powers of others. He didn't get his base power from Charles. He was already demonstrating empathic qualities before he started working for Charles, which is why he became a nurse in the first place.

If I had to guess Charles' power, I would guess it's something similar to astral projection. In season one, Charles and Peter communicate while they are asleep and fly together over the city. They could have been in their astral forms. It could have been Peter's astral form that visited the past in the season one finale, which would explain Charles being able to sense Peter there even though no one else could. In season two's Truth & Consequences, Peter seems to have an out-of-body experience where he is watching himself and Caitlin get taken in by the hazmat guys in the future. He claims he was in the future, but Adam says Peter was just standing there screaming the whole time.

I figure Deveaux had some kind of a telepathic/astral ability which is why he could communicate with a Peter through his dreams, while Mama P's power is more prophetic, which is how Peter has had future dreams, like the one where he saw everyone running away from himself before he exploded.

I haven't seen the second season, and just watched all of the first season for the first time so I don't know if they have a name in the show, but I would have thought "The board", or "The Directors" since they control the Primatech company.

I have no idea. I assumed she was adopted too.

I'll tell you this, if Elle wasnt adopted, her mom is probably a freaking supermodel. I mean, Bob? As Elle's dad? Doesnt add up.

yeah, they have been pretty careful up until now as to whether she is a bio or adopted daughter. The company does seem to have a habit of adopting little superpowered girls though...
