Why would they film in Boston?

I'm from Boston and they are starting to shoot alot of films in the area because the tax was raised. There are actually locations in Mass that resemble crystal lake .



The rumour is definately false but the sequel isnt too far off.

Perhaps, I don't live in the area so I don't know. But then again I live in a crap town where nothing happens.

The Opening Sequence of Transformers 2 was filmed in steel mile about a 30 hour drive from me, and yet I still couldn't see it.

Another good one is when they mention a movie star in the news visiting a restaurant and all I can think about is that I was just there or in the area and damn I missed them.
I'm not one to talk to them anyways and I usually walk by them without saying anything because I don't want to look foolish.

Yeah, about the one part all the actors and Bay was staying at a local hotel in the shoot area/ People said they say Josh, Tyrese, Teh Bay and Megan Fox!
