New Incredible Site update! Includes score and new dialogue!

Oh I'm sure it doesn't. I have every intention of getting the book and reading it before the release. It IS still in print, right?
dont have to worry about it being in print...but you have to worry about finding it...when i went to buy a new copy in the summer they were all sold out in 3 out of the 4 bookstores in michigan(was on a trip) and they were sold out at hastings(my bookstore) until last month...so thats the only trouble youll have....you need to freakin get it quickly man

About half a year ago, I had my chance at Barnes & Noble. They had it, but I was in my "major TDK anticipation" stage and picked up The Killing Joke instead. Went back 2 weeks ago, no Watchmen. But I'll get it.

I've had so many copies of the book, lost one of my earliest ones I had. I still have the Absolute Edition wrapped up. I think I will keep it that way. But I have my 20 dollar version, that I read often. It sure looks like I do too.

It seems like I'm always the last guy to check this amazing Watchmen updates, haha. Reading other people's comments about the Prison Fight music I was worried I wouldn't like it, but this stuff is VERY good. I especially like Laurie's and Rorschach's theme. Good call Plissken on the Comedian-Zhora music connection.

The dialogue sounds great, Veidt and Manhattan being the standouts, but really, everyone was great!

all the quotes seperate so no score behind them :

freakin awesome job man!
do u think u can get all of their score themes like this too?

I LOVE the score on Ozys screen. I'm so excited that this movie is coming out so soon.

That Silk Spectre score is beautiful. You can actually hear drums start to kick in just before it repeats.

what i love is that every score on each page represents each character very well :

Silk Spectre II - has an emotional heartfelt score
Manhattan - has this lonely depressed score
Rorschach - has a brooding dark score
Ozy - has alot of drama and suspense in his score
Comedian - has this spy blade runner type of score
Nite Owl II - has a batman type of score

uh...why?

Indeed. The absolute edition is the ultimate Watchmen reading experience--like the Cadillac of Watchmen reading experiences; big, beautiful, and cruise worthy--you just take your time and savor it frame by frame.

Unless you plan to sell it off one day, I would open it. There is alot of content in there that you may have not seen before, and to keep that lovely absolute edition all wrapped up in plastic?

Tis a waste, my friend, a waste indeed. You may as well be using it as a paperweight.

All that considered, I would never be the kind of man to tell others what to do with their possessions. :cwink:

You temptation you.

LOL. Maybe I will open it up. I don't plan on selling it. Damns you. ;)

Yea I've thought of opening it, after hearing the new site updates yesterday maybe I will.

I probably will, I never planned to keep it wrapped up forever, that is useless lol.

Good points all around.

Yeah, I was kind of meh about it at first but it's really grown on me now that I've listened to it a few times.

Wow way to spoil Ozy with that diologue.

Awesome site. The music for Blake is so 80's haha I love it.

Is there gonna be a movie cover version of the GN? With the different characters per cover? I always thought they'd do something like that.

I don't really know what to think about the score bits. I guess I'm just used to all those big scores played by an orchestra, but this is something else. I'm not sure how well these emotional guitar parts will fit in the film...and I'm a guitarist myself :D
