ugh multiple Toads??? Lame. Peach, Yoshi or Wario would be so much better to have in this game. If Wario was in I'd buy it the minute it comes out

Back in my day, there was only one Toad. His name was Toad. Times were simpler, back then.

There have always been multiple Toads. However, I just always imagined that there was that one main one who was simply named Toad. Just like Yoshi and the Yoshis.

I'm not interested in this. I have New Super Mario Bros. on DS and haven't even beaten that, and it wasn't near good enough in the first place to even rent on the Wii.

I mean, the game is going to introduce Nintendo's new feature that lets you watch the computer play through a level, puzzle, or any darned thing that frustrated you. Who even needs that in a Mario game, really?

Been playing Mario 64... i cant tell which mario game is my fave. They're all so good!

As a kid tho... SMB2 was my fave. Only because you can be everyone.

And i never sared a great deal for 3... it was good... but eh. The best part was the koopalings.

So, this game has multi characters, Koopalings... and its Mario 1? Seems like all 3 in 1 game.

Everyone needs to understand tho... If this is Mario 1... toads in the castles. I know they remade the game... so, it should be the other toadlings. Yes, there are many... even back in the 80's cartoon there was a world full of them. I wish Toad was a playable character.

I understand why Wario and Waluigi (sorry still dont know his name since i didnt really play the tennis game that much)... They're bad guys. I dont think they should ever join forces. It wont be as cool as when Bowser was teamed up with the Mario bros.

And as for Donkey Kong, hes in another game. Same thing with Link and Kirby. But, it would have been cool to see new characters

This isn't a remake of Super Mario 1...if that's what your thinking. New Super Mario Bros was a whole new game, and this is a sequel to NSMB only with more Koopalings and less Bowser Jr.


Plus I can't wait to use the Penguin power-up.

It's in the winter sometime. I know that it's Nintendo's big holiday game. My guess is early to mid December.

I will buy and play this, only because the side scroll Mario universe is always a good. And playing online with other people at the same time....even better.

why not make a direct sequel to mario 64? i loved jumping into paintings!! This looks fun and all but its basically something that could prolly run on a ds and gamecube, would be lame paying 60 bucks for it

Agreed, I'm hoping it will be a cheaper game, as obviously they didnt need to spend near the same amount of time on graphics.

I really wish it would be online multiplayer, I'll get stuck inviting all my friends over all the time, and they eat a lot of food.
