I want a movie where Joker and Harley are the main villains, but not for the first solo movie. For that I want Freeze as the main baddie.

Who would you want to play Harley? Maybe this is a bit too out there but Sarah Silverman could do that ear splitting voice well as well as playing the psychosis of Harley.

    Plus she ****ed Ben Affleck

If she was younger i would say Lucy Punch (although she could work with a Dafoe-age Joker). She really is very energetic, very cute and just a cuckoo for coco-puffs. Jane Levy or Dreama Walker could also be a very interesting Harleys..

Im still going with Jane Levy. But my problem is with Harley in live-action. I love her but I feel she just suits the world of animation better. She's too hyper, too cute, and lightens up the Joker too much for live-action. And I feel like if they change her to make her way more sinister and evil looking, having her act serious for the tone of the movies, it wont serve the character well. They would have to strike a perfect balance with the perfect actress and director (I don't know if Affleck would be up for Harley's type of character).

The sidekick barely works. Actually I don't remember it ever working in the movies unless it's done almost in a spoofy kind of way.

I love it how in games, which I hope is included in films, sort of like Michael Myers. That Freeze is the only villain that simply walks, yet always makes Batman run away for dear life. It's quite terrifying.

His menacing red eyes lighting through the icy blue mist, hunting for a freezing victim. I'd love to see that.

The Ventriloquist. But not with a Scarface gangster puppet with a speech impediment and more like Anthony Hopkins in "Magic."
Sam Rockwell would be great in this role.

Well, since I'm a writer of sorts, I'll try and sell it!

We'll call this guy, Bob :p

Bob couldn't run much longer. His lungs were short of breath. Not only that, his lungs were freezing. Like everything else. He was freezing to death, he knew it. He didn't know the exact temperature, but right now, he didn't care, nor could he even think about it. All he could do was to try and keep going, and hopefully he would escape. ..
But the man who was terrorizing him, who froze the building he was brought to, was not far behind. This place was his lair, he knew it inside and out.
Bob panicked as he heard stamping of the heavy feet, metal crashing down on concrete.
The whirring robotic sounds getting louder and closer.
Bob darted to another door ahead of him, leading him to a flight of stairs. He smashed against the railing, trying to catch the little breath he had.
He peered down, and noticed the dark icy mist streaming up. Going down was not an option, so he carried himself up the stairs. His legs were heavy, his breathing was heavy, but he was determined not to perish here.

Then, he saw a tiny bit of hope, an open door at the top.
But he heard it again. ..The crashing feet and whirring noises. Bob looked down. Through the misty blue, he saw red piercing eyes ascending.

Bob used the last bit of strength he had to make it to the roof. Everything was burning him now as he escaped to what felt like a warm breeze on top of a 20 story building.
He lunged for the edge, nearly collapsing. He looked down and all around, but there was no way he could get down. He looked up, and saw it - The Bat-Signal. The last bit of hope he had. Maybe Batman would save him...But his hope was shattered when he turned round, he didn't even notice the sounds this time...
There, stood Mr. Freeze, his gun aimed at Bob.

Before Bob could do anything with his last bit of strength, everything frosted over him...The pain was indescribable, but he couldn't scream.
But, he saw the monster approach him with what looked like a heavy hammer in one hand and large ice pick in the other...

The sound of shattering glass pierced the night air...

I know i will get jumped all over for this, but i would like to see what Jennifer Lawrence could do as Harley. She is always playing the hero, I want to see her in a villain role. She sort of showed a little crazy side in Silver Linings, so with her action ability i would love to see her go all out on Harley.

    Viggo Mortenssen as The Monk.

(From Wikipedia: The Monk first appeared in Detective Comics #31 in 1939. He is one of the earliest significant villains of the series.)
I've always liked his look and dark guru-like personality.

Mystique isn't a hero. ..an anti hero, maybe?
    Or simply a villain.

Depending on your stance towards mutants :hehe:

Ha! I remember those days. Didn't he have a sort of cult in Gotham's sewers? I can see where the rumors may have originated about Blackfire as the TDKR villain. Starting with Freeze sounds like a good way to establish that this new series is radically different from the Dark Knight Trilogy.

Black Mask and Penguin would work well in a film.

Agreed. Freeze is perfect for the first villain. They can have some horror elements to the character too. I love the comparison of Freeze and Michael Myers. That ominous, slow walk should be emulated for Freeze. Seriously WB, take a look at Arkham City, take that characterization of Freeze, tweak the design, and get a badass actor under that dome, and you can do what TDKR did for Bane. Mr. Freeze of any villain needs to be redeemed. Batman & Robin set that character back so far, but he's so awesome, and has so much potential.

I've 1000% percent supported Freeze as the first reboot villain since day one. He's perfect for it. He immediately sets the new series apart from TDKT

Sounds pretty boring to me. Both of those would work better as side villains along the lines of Falcone and Maroni in BB and TDK. I don't think either of them are main villain material. Penguin would be more so than Black Mask, but I'd like to see a physically imposing villain as the main baddie
