I think it'll be hard ot have two major villains in one movie

I mean the joker is a DEEP and complex villain
its the MAIN villain in batman mythology

and I feel if they have two people in it it will take away the time and story from joker

He will become Two Face at the end of 2 or beginning of 3. No conflict.

No matter how large the main characters are, nearly every movie needs a supporting cast. Harvey would/will be one of those supporters.

Harvey Dent is not a major villain. He eventually becomes one.

Two-Face is a villain that needs to be built up BEFORE his transformation. Otherwise you loose the tragedy of it. I mean, the last Two-Face was technically introduced in Batman '89, played by Billy Dee Williams, but I'll bet almost no one noticed it was supposed to be the same guy. If you're gonna do Two-Face without his backstory as Dent, then what's the point of doing Two-Face at all.

Ra´s, Scarecrow, Falcone and Zsasz in one movie was a bit too much for you, I take it?

The point about Harvey has already been made. I just wanna know what's up with the original poster's s/n. Is that the name of some exotic bear kept in captivity that makes news when it successfully mates? A video game character to rival Sonic the Hedgehog or Crash Bandicoot? Seriously, 'Chuck the Bear' ...what is that about?

I have a feeling that this movie is going to have alot more than just two people in it.

Not trying to be rude Chuck but i was expecting a little more... LOL

Yeah, exactly......Harvey is support. And don't forget.....Batman IS the main character. Just.....remember that.

I mean, FOR ME......really.....Joker should pretty much just be the evil-supporting character, ya know? Not the main character..........and honestly....not even 50-50. I want Batman to be THE man, not one of the men.

As long as we're not playing the blinking game like how overpopulated X-Men 3 was then we will be ok. TPTB should focus on the core characters.
I know many people complained that Superman Return was butt numbing going far too long about 157 minutes but I wouldnt complain if TDK was a long film. In fact the longer the better.

There's no such thing as too long of a movie if it's paced right and good in the first place. I didn't check my watch once during Superman Returns, which to me is the sign of a good movie. POTC2 had me glancing at it every 10 minutes.

But if a movie is good and paced correctly, I love it when they're long. I feel cheated when i go to a theater and come out an hour and a half later (X-Men 3). People are too impatient these days, i wish studios could actually release 3 hour films without worrying about losing money at the box office.

I second that... not many companies will put the boat out so to speak for a long movie.... although I did think superman returns was a little on the long side... and then ending I thought was rubbish... whats gonna be the spin off? Super boy? bah... they should of stuck more to the comics in respect to superman returning. Which did actually happen.

Oh and them killing him BIG mistake...

Anyhow.. back to the topic.

Harvey Dent I think is a good choice of supporting character since it is in a court room that he gets scared and it is from some acid... i've heard that they are gonna use the joker as the one that throws the acid at him... hence leading onto a two-face story...

Didnt BOF's synopsis back then stated that the Joker scarred Dent's face in part 3 because part 2 is the teaming up of Harvey and Batman. I really feel that while Dent is someone we will like and root on we might already see some mental and emotional signs that he is unstable as he transforms into Two-Face. The scarring is just the final nail from all his inner demons.

Oh, Zsasz didn't count. He was just a little treat thrown in there for the fans. Don't be silly. He didn't even cut himself!
