Norton should give a complete performance both as Banner and as the Hulk. Keep it consistent. Nowadamsayin'.

no he shouldent.its harder then you think.Look how ban ang lee was.It should be done by a body builder whos used to moving a body like that around.

Norton should do the motion capture....he is after all playing the character, not the director.

when the Hulk was onscreen and moving around, that was the Hulk, alot of the people who didnt like that movie, like the way Hulk was. Ang did great.

But he would be far better suited to playing Bruce Banner, rather than the Hulk. Edward Norton is not known for being a great physical actor, so why wouldn't they get someone else to do it?

The Hulk is only special effects extravaganza... would it have been a huge deal-breaker if that hadn't been Tobey Maguire inside the Spidey suit?

Dude, you haven't seen him in Fight Club. Besides, he's an actor who can be physical and should have the opportunity to play the Hulk like Andy Serkis did with King Kong.

Yeah... I guess. I don't know, I don't think of him as a physical actor, unlike Serkis, but there's no real harm in letting him do the motion-capture. They can always do it again if he screws it up :p

American History X anyone? Derek Vinyard, one of the most frightening, intimidating, and intense characters I've seen. Very Hulk-like qualities, no?

hulk moves like a big bulked up slouch.norton can slotch and he is a guy but hes not bulky so it wouldent make sense.Although some scenes incolving hulsk movment were ok the battle scenes werent and they were a major contributor to him looking so weak.

that was NOT CGI, that was a huge man, thats it. Its was a man in makeup.. and no, it wont look good for Hulk.

Aabsolutely! don t tell me you we re not surprise when you saw that giant in 300!

Lou feringo (can't spell it) should do it.

he has lots of experience.. and the body to help with the movements he actually has muscles.. people that size move differently anyway.

Absolutely...one of my big problems with Hulk was that Ang Lee, and not Eric Bana, was the actor portraying the Hulk.

 not really, the guy was just tall, Hulk needs to be taller, more muscled and moved around like normal, doubt he can do that with all those fake muscles on him.

he has experience doing what?... body movements for CGI characters?... body acting?... miming?... what exactly does he have experience for?

All Lou did in the Show was run, flip tables and run some more. We dont need him for that.

If you want actors that are ACTUALLY experienced at these kinda stuff, get Andy Serkis and Doug Jones.

experience being the hulk..

Jesus just a suggestion.

He didnt do anything that someone new cant do. Sorry it sounded like i was coming after you personally or anything like that, its just that i dont want Lou anywhere near this movie or the Hulk.

Fair enough dude, we have no problem here.

Watch people move.....everyone has movements that are individual to them.....if you watch Norton move as Banner, and they then motion capture him for the Hulk.....he will have some similar movements that help create the idea that they are the same person.

they aren't the same person... Hulk has his own classic movement style... we need a physicall performer like Doug Jones or Andy Serkis who can cath well that kind of movements.

Let me jump in for a sec. There wasn't anything wrong with the way the Hulk really moved, except when he hopped around in the sand. Norton can do the motion capture and yes the similarities need to be there. The size of the Hulk will take care of itself when the CGI is brought in. Bodybuilders DON'T need to be used. You need an actor, period. Just let Norton do it. He's so into this role to begin with. Think about it: If a guy weighing 165 pounds gains 50 lbs and weighs 215, it doesn't change his walk. So, let Norton have the tie-in with the Hulk's motion. He won't disappoint.

yeah, Norton should do mo-cap for The Hulk. he should get a kick out of that.
