Norton should do the motion capture for the Hulk's CGI

Surely it's tough to make big things look real like trolls and octopus from Harry Potter or LOTR for example.
But please make The Hulk look less like a green digital bugger/modelling clay!!
I'm confident they will succeed.

I just hope hulk looks good is all.
With Winston supervising the f/x and Aaron Simms doing the concept art, I'm super confident Ed will do an awesome job if given the motion capture. He's a gifted actor. How difficult can it be?

Norton should only do the motion capture if he does some background on the character... Studies his moves and body language and is able to portray that side of the character. Just because he is playing Banner doesn't mean it has to be consistent. HULK is his own being and doesn't act remotely similar to Banner. Sonic Clap, Stomp, Ground Smash, those are the important moves.

Lets not get it twisted. Motion Capture is more to portray natural movement, where as just trying to do it w/o MC would look un-natural. Human movement is the hardest to capture using just CGI, but they really don't need Norton to do it. Just a trained MC actor like the guy from LOTR.

If Norton can pull it off, I would prefer he do the motion capture himself. I mean, people forget, the Hulk still is Bruce Banner. Just a bigger, angrier, greener version of Bruce Banner; as opposed to a completely different entity. As such, the Hulk should have a face that is a Hulkified version of Norton's face, and should have motions that are Hulkified versions of Norton's natural motions.

Of course, they could get Ang Lee to do the motion capture.

I would prefer Norton do the motion capture himself also. People do forget the Hulk still is Bruce Banner. I dont want Ang Lee any where near this movie, lol. Norton should do it. My point exactly. The characters need to be mirror images of the one another differentiated only by size.

Nooo the only involvement Lou F should have is the voice..he does a ****ing good voice. i.e the 90's animated series

Dont need Lou Ferrigno near this project either, sorry. Whatever involvemet he had should be a different and distant memory. He got his cameo in the first. No more Ferrigno please. "Clean slate" remember those words.

No.

People who have a large amount of body mass move distinctly different from thin people.

This isn't just the difference between a skinny guy and a buff guy, this is like the difference between a 12-year old girl and a full-grown man. The Hulk is *huge* and as good an actor as Norton may be, there are just some things you can't fake.
