Comics Official (adjectiveless) X-MEN Discussion Thread

Glad I'm not the only person who wants this title to go away

Lol that's how I felt about it when it was released. Still don't see why it needs to exist. It seems rather irrelevant compared to the other X-Men titles. Don't read it and don't feel like I'm missing anything. I'd can it and give the title back to Legacy, if that does stop being a Rogue centric book as mentioned

Before it was basically X-Men team-up but Brian Wood says he's not going that route so now it's just redundant. But at least it has it's own, mostly unique cast.

I knew it wasn't for me after the 3rd vampire arc

I'm almost set on dropping Rogue Legacy too. I might wanna see how the Ms. Marvel arc plays out, but I'm tired of trying to care about that book, spending the $2.99 for it to sit at the bottom of my read pile where I eventually get to it days after I've read everything elseI bought that week. I'll look into it after the shift happens next year.

That doesn't help me. Anyway, it's been very good since Brian Wood took over, imo.

Has it been? I only read the first issue of his run and it bored me so I dropped it. The newer solicits look pretty good though.

That Adam Kubert cover for #41 is BOSS...though it has left off quite a few members...Havok, Warpath/Proudstar, Polaris, Maggot, Marrow, Cecilia Reyes, Thunderbird, Sunfire, Madison Jeffries/Box, Dr. Nemesis, Cannonball, Cable, X-Man, Armor, Pixie, Omega Sentinel, Thunderbird III, Lifeguard, Rachel Summers-Grey, Hepzibah, Sage

...not to mention villain members: Mystique, Sabretooth, Joseph, Juggernaut, Lady Mastermind

what about Mimic? Does he count? Northstar? Domino? Warbird? Fantomex? Stacy X? Nocturne? Do the forgotten X-men count? (Vulcan, Darwin, Sway and Petra?)

..oh..and Legion
