Bane seems to insist if you push people far enough they'll lose all morality and become the enemy, willingly. They'll turn on whomever is doing better than them, jealousy morphs into errant righteous indignation. If you take the system which tells everyone that they have chance and break it so that it tells a large amount of people they'll never have a chance, they'll band together with whomever and however to be angry to show total aggression to a stance that is against them and furthermore you can save people from death and depths of darkness but if they're living on the fringe they won't be appreciative. That a hero is only as heroic as the people he or she serves.

I think what you are saying here is that in absence of Gotham's White Knight (Harvey Dent) there is no one available to fill his shoes, people of Gotham blame Batman for his death, and people are desperately looking for someone who can provide an alternative to them, to provide them freedom from Corruption, Crime, Greedy Officials / politicians and Greedy Corporations.

Bane uses this opportunity and crowd follows him some may even realize that he may not be as noble as Dent but still he is giving them an alternative, and people are vary of Batman and see him as threat to society, soon Bane starts his own agenda but Gotham is doomed by then.

Possibly, but nobody reports pretentious.

"Well, they should..."

I didn't report The Batman because I didn't see the need to involve the authorities. It was simply a case of Batman's 'special' view of Bane and his fans.

Could have I taken a less than spirited and keen route? Yes, but couldn't Batman have taken a less than pompous and fustian route himself? Yes.

Next time, I'll take the alternative route and report a flaunting response instead of infusing a flamboyant one into the discussion.

Everyone should have to have a real pic of themselves as their avatar and have to use their real name.
Think that might make people post in a more civilized manner???
Back to Batman in NewYork...
Is this movie just gonna be one long street fight? I hope not.

Lol we are having a revolution on shh much like Gotham in tdkr. "hypesters, taaaake controool... Take controol of your threads... This! This moderator is the instrument of the batmans liberation!! Identify yourself to the hype!"

Theres been nothing to suggest this. Giant Action sequences take time to shoot. There will be plenty of dramatic scenes, I'm sure.

I'm positive there will be more emotional scenes involving Bruce this time compared to TDK. Given just what we've seen/heard (and we know that's not even a third of the entire movie), there's already so much that's going to happen to Bruce in TDKR. It's fantastic.

Context.

I don't know where you'd get that idea. Some of these action scenes are connected to things they filmed in LA and Pittsburgh.

At this point, I'm worried that Alfred gets the axe too...

Alfred will never die. He drinks the Tangerine of Life.

If Bane or someone attacks Alfred, he'll blow them away with a Shotty to the face...

What would be the Run time of this movie ?

(I will also buy Blu Ray extended Cut.) :hehe:

Stupid trivia of the day: :yay:

Batman Begins running time with end credits: 2 hours 20 minutes
Batman Begins running time before end credits: 2 hours 11 minutes
Batman Begins running time when fake Ra's al Ghul dies: 40 minutes (31% into film before end credits)
Batman Begins running time when Wayne calls Ducard "Ra's": 1 hour 43 minutes (79% into film before end credits)
The Dark Knight running time with end credits: 2 hours 32 minutes
The Dark Knight running time before end credits: 2 hours 24 miutes
The Dark Knight running time when Dent's face is burned and Rachel dies: 1 hour 36 minutes (67% into film before end credits)
The Dark Knight running time when Gordon calls Dent "Two-Face. Harvey Two-Face.": 1 hour 41 minutes (70% into film before end credits)

I *think* I guessed on another forum 2 hours and 34 minutes until the end credits stop for TDKR.

I'll purchase the blu-ray just to go with my other two Nolan Batman blu-ray discs. I want a director's and other commentary with Goyer and some cast for a change too.

I dream of a 3 hour movie. Some of my absolute favorite movies of all time goes through the three hour mark, I believe Nolan can pull it off.

You guys have made it so that now every time I see a pic of nolan I immediately start laughing.

I want commentary by Michael Caine on all 3. Just Michael Caine.

And he doesn't know what he's recording a commentary for.

There will be no "extended cut" or "commentary".

TDKR better be over 2.5...
