Strange because if you listen to the sample chant as it progresses it sounds less like the first words used and entirely like Bane, Bane, matalo, matalo. I'm still holding out what it is. Also did you even bother reading what they wrote?

There is no such thing as out-of-tune, no timing we can't fix later. If you mumble, growl, scream or whisper, it's all good. Make it yours. If you only get halfway through, no problem! Do it alone, bring your friends, but do it with energy and commitment.

Director Christopher Nolan, clad in a hardhat, occasionally popped out from underground, inciting cheers from star-struck fans. Around noontime, several extras in SWAT uniforms could also be seen making their way to the Gotham City subway set.

Going by the above pic, I'm not so sure. She appears to be wearing another jacket, as well as stockings and boots that are obviously not the same as the ones she's worn previously when in Catwoman-gear underneath the cloak.

don't see it happening on a bridge (too dangerous) and in a tunnel with 800 people i don't think the camera will be able to get high enough.

That's a typical procedure for film costumes, anywhere that the gloves or boots will cover is typically a mesh fabric instead of the actual fabric or material. They do this to help the actor from overheating especially in a case like this when the actor is wearing a neoprene bodysuit.
