Has anyone else been following Nightwing?

All I have to say about Batman #0 is that if it weren't for the back-up story, this would have been a total waste of paper. Wasn't even a complete story, let alone anything revelatory about Batman's early days. It plants some seeds(to be continued next year),sure, but at the moment, who cares? Total let-down. Though this James Tynion guy might have the goods, so long as he sticks to telling stories and avoids trying to be epic.

I agree. I really enjoyed the back-up story. It was pretty cool

Feels like every single story has had to reference it or have Barbara angsting over it since the reboot

To be honest mainly reading it just because Simone said there would be a transgender character in the supporting cast and that sounds neat to me. Finally getting some transgender characters in comic books gets a from me and Simone writes lgbt characters well so I'm hopeful she'll be well written

So that's pretty much the only reason I bother to flip through it each month. Waiting for this character to show up so I might have a reason to buy it

I'm buying the current arc because Batwoman is in it which means there's a character I actually care about in it right now

Is that annoying Alpha dbag in Scarlet Spider? If not i may check that out

Nope, he isn't. Scarlet Spider's great. It kinda reminds me of Red Robin at its peak.

Btw, best transgendered character ever? Cindy Crane in Steve Gruber's Hard Time.

Stormwatch #0 was pretty solid. The Earth 2 issue sucked. I haven't read the others yet.

I just read that Tom DeFalco is on Nightwing for three issues - 0, 13, and 14. This should be pretty telling. If he can write a better comic than Higgins has been, which shouldn't be very hard to accomplish, I might consider dropping the title when Higgins comes back onboard for 15.

So how does that work when Damian was conceived in Son of the Demon? It was even referenced visually and verbally in the Batman and Robin title.

Side note Batman and Robin is an awesome title. Just read the latest issue today and I'm loving it.

Every Bat-title except B&R and Inc is wrong about the timeline. Or atleast that's the only explanation that works.

Batman And Robin and Inc are the must read titles. Detective is to be forgotten, and while i liked the first six issues of Batman, everything else has been a letdown so far. The Dark Knight has been good since Hurwitz is writing it.

but in the end, B&R and INC timeline is the canon one to me.

So much hate for Batman 0#'s main story? Until now it was my favourite, it only sucks that it'll only continue in 2013, but it was about time somebody made a story about Batman's encounters with the red hood gang that isn't a flashback.

Aside from the fact that it wasn't a complete story, I enjoyed it. I thought the 4:00 batarang gag on the roof was very well done.

I thought it was alright not anything special but pretty good

I wasn't a fan of the new look for Red Hood though with the mask not covering his mouth. It looked like he was wearing a ridiculous hat that had slipped down his face

I be looking forward to the Joker story coming out next month in Batman though
