that's great news, he's doing a great job so far.

I hear Joker's back in town. Which Bat-book do I need to read to catch up on that?

Many a fans favourite Bat-Artist... Norm Breyfogle has sadly suffered from a stroke:

This is Barb I’m norm’s ex from California. Norm won’t be answering any txt’s from you friends out there. Norm just had a stroke and is in the hospital. Please keep him in your thoughts and your prayers. At this point norm is expecting a full recovery but time will tell.

Let's hope he pulls through this and is on his feet in no time.

Batman #37 was fantastic! I loved the horror element.

Batman and Robin was simply amazing. So much emotion. This pay-off was beyond words. The art was nothing short of epic.

the bat books this week were great, specially batman 37 and B&R. I don't care what they say but I liked seeing bats kicking darseid's ass even if it was ridiculous. But the best moment of the issue was that double page spread with
Damian and bruce embracing while the rest of the family watched
.

For those who have read batman 37. Do you think that the joker
is/was really in those pictures? is he a supernatural entity? or is it all one of his tricks? I think snyder will leave it open for interpretation. I just really like the idea that maybe joker is more than flesh and blood but we'll never know for sure?

Somebody spoil Batman & Robin for me. How exactly was Damian alive or brought back to life?

The Batman titles really are good right now. The Joker arc has been good, especially this issue. Batman Eternal's been solid since day one. Batman and Robin just became my favorite title again with Damian's return. The only iffy one is Detective Comics, but it's not really bad either. I just haven't been too terribly impressed with Manipul and Buccellato's run. I liked the two-parter drawn by Leon better.

In an overly complicated and confusing method.

I figure there are more details to make this make sense, but Bruce absorbed Darkseid's Omega Sanction into a chaos shard and stabbed Damian with it. The shard revived and healed him. It was weird... but I don't care. Damian's back!

And Damian's body was on Apocalypse? Or Ra's had it?

How did they tie Grayson into Detective Comics recently? I stopped reading 'tec a while back.

Ra's had it and in the course of Bruce trying to reclaim it, Glorious Godfrey and the armies of Apokalips showed up and stole it.

It was in the 2 part "Terminal" fill in. Batman was infected and dealing with a viral quarantine at the Gotham airport and he calls Dick to find someone in Europe and get some information for him.

Ah, so why did they want it?

I sure as Hell hope Joker isn't some freakin entity like Pennywise or some ****. That didn't kinda get on anybody's nerves? I mean, in the moment it was cool while I was reading it but after finishing it I really don't want that to be the case.

I'm pretty indifferent really. I'll let the story play out before I give it too much thought. I likely wouldn't like it initially but could really come to enjoy it. As long as he doesn't turn into some big spider thingy at the end. :p

Batman #37 was awesome. It had some really intense and frightening moments - definitely my favorite issue thus far.

Well, Ra's had stolen an Omega artifact that had connections to Apokalips that could have been used to resurrect Damian and Talia (there were no traditional Lazarus Pits around) and in his attempts to use it he drew the servants of Darkseid. Damian's sarcophagus had some trace Omega energy so they grabbed that in an attempt to use it to power some doomsday weapon they had created.
