Official Cyclops/marsden Thread

heh i registered just to ***** about cyclops not getting enough attention.. how sad am i? lol.

but yeah, i agree, its supposed to be his movie.. theyre basing a movie off a story of xmen where he was the main character! not only that hes always been one of the main characters. all the rumors bug the crap outta me.. if they kill him off at the beginning or even if he gets pushed back to a lesser character like the other movies.. i may not see it.

and actually 2months is normal film time for an actor ecspecially if its time thatll be used to conscentrate on him. in some movies the actors jobs are over in under a month. i believe.

im keeping hopes high tho.. they dumped gambit so maybe theyll concentrate on cyclops more.

There's a chance that they have dumped out Gambit and screw out Cyclops, so I guess in that situation, nobody wins. And if that's the case, I'll give up on Marvel movies all together (except for Spider-Man).

forgive me imma new guy but i aint been as up on the news for X3 as i used to be but when i heard cyke may die in the 3rd i wuz so mad.(if u cant tell by the screen name im a big fan of his) I honestly thought when i found out they were doing the phoenix saga the screen time would go: Jean, Cyclops, Wolverine. i really wanna see Cyclops shine this could be the last film in the series and the character deserves it storm had her chance in X2 give scott back leadership.

I know Ions...I know. It's not the matter of creativity or drama, but a 'scheduling conflict and policitical interest' that ruined Cyclops' chance of having a big role. Knowing that alone kind of kills it for me.

Speaking of Cyclops.
If we are to believe the lastest revelations in Ant's site, he's not going to bite the bullet in the first 5 minutes of film (yay!)...
Combined with the possible inclusion of Sentinels (yay!) this bodes well for Cyke.
There are few X-Men better suited to deal with a Sentinel threat than Cyclops. Here is an opponent for which Cyclops does not have to hold back. Please oh please if these things we've heard are true, PLEASE have Cyclops fight some Sentinels!!!!
