It seems you and me have the same tastes.

I like Rodrigo, has some of the Gambit look. But for me, maybe he looks a little older than I'd want. If he had 5/7 years less, it would be great, but now I'd say I preffer other actor, an unknown, maybe that would be the best for the role and saga.

I saw part of Phantom of the Opera and I didn't like it.

Roberto Santoro is gorgeous. It you want an unknown, go for Loic Gisselere, he's perfect. Check out the video link a few pages back in the thread.:heart:

yeah, he looks quite older in Lost. But I think that depends on make-up too, they are all made to look worn out...I don't know.

I didn't know he had a fan site. Seriously, I never thought Rodrigo could ever be a reasonable choice for Gambit, simply because he was only a Brazilian actor when I noticed he looked like Gambo, and that he could play Gambo. But each day I see it gets easier. At least easier than 2004, when he wasn't known at all. Now we just need an X4...

I understand what you mean...but somehow I can picture him acting with Anna...maybe because I've already seen a movie in which he's in love with a shortie, fragile girl like Anna, and I saw it worked...

anyway, can we get over the whole, anna, factor, when it comes to casting gambit, they most likely wouldn't be togather in the movie, since they have her as a younger character, and with iceman

They should throw out the Iceman romance and have Rogue be more like her real self. Rogue is not fragile. I don't know if they'll have a Romy romance in the movie, but it's about time and all the fans are familiar with it.

anyway, can we get over the whole, anna, factor, when it comes to casting gambit, they most likely wouldn't be togather in the movie, since they have her as a younger character, and with iceman

Just 'cause Rogue and Bobby have been together doesn't mean they should remain together. In fact, with Kitty coming between them, and Rogue taking the cure, I think they should break up at the beginning of the next movie. Maybe they'll have one night together, but Bobby's gonna be overcome with guilt that he pushed her into taking the cure, he's gonna lose respect for her for taking it, and he's gonna feel shame every time they touch because it's taking advantage of the cure he pushed her into taking that he's disappointed in her for taking. Plus, there's cute little Kitty there. She's got a crush on him, him on her, and she's still a mutant.

So, Bobby should be out of the way at the beginning of the next movie. He'll still have feelings for Rogue, and Rogue a little for him, but they won't be together anymore and her interest could easily switch over to Remy after a little time with him. In fact, part of the way Remy would know his feelings for her are serious is how he feels when he sees them interacting.
