Hey, Hob, what did you think of Osborn #5? If you ask me, the mini-series was fantastic and represents exactly one of the reasons why I think Norman is one of the most menacing characters in comic books.

Yeah, definitely agreed. The mini was just great as a whole, I loved the twist in the last issue.

Agreed! Norman was such a cold hearted a-hole in the series, acting as king even inside of prison. He's manipulative person, whichi s what mak him so great. You can't trust him completely. He may kill you or let you live.

I need to re-read the series start to finish. I was kind of bored with and didnt get the part why he
let himself be arrested after escaping from the under water prison
.

^^ Really? I loved how that happened. I showed just how crazy Norman was, if you ask me.

I hope we get more norman related stories in the future. It's so great that even not as the Green Goblin, he's just as interesting.

Figure I might as well post these together since they match

Love how in the picture behind Norman, his wife's head is ripped off.

I've seen the Norman half of the set but I never knew there was a Peter half. Nice work. The two of them certainly live very different lives. Its the opposite of the way life should be. Norman is happy as the Goblin and lives a life of luxury, while our hero is sometimes resentful of being Spider-Man and lives in a lousy apartment.

Nice homage to this cover.

The Hobgoblin cover I posted is to Spider-Island: Deadly Foes #1 if any of you are curious.

I really have no interest in either Infestation or Spider Island but I will be picking up Spider-Island: Deadly Foes. Jackal and Hobgoblin? Ok, I'm curious.

Also, I like how Phil keeps accidentally coming across old Green Goblin hideouts that have new and improved tech. What are the odds? :oldrazz:

Very true.

I am really, really going through Goblin withdrawl right now. I need Norman to throw some damn pumpkin bombs at Spidey damn it.

I always liked Luke Ross's take on the Green Goblin. Too bad his art changed so much after he left Spectacular.
