I don't think so. Brady, Farve, Manning, P., etc are elite playing today. Eli is still too green. Hell, I'd argue Rothleisberger isn't even "elite" yet.

Great game, and great effort by the G-Men. I was suprised at how the close the game was. It really came down to the wire and the Giants stayed strong.

Your talking about the wrong person. You should be talking about the Giants Defense. As much as I hate the G-Men their defense did an amazing job. Eli isn't elite cause as you saw, the Pats D played ****ty. Perhaps if the Pats D actually played good I'd somewhat have to agree.

Hardly. Most of this game sucked. The 4th quarter was great, but nearly everything that preceded that was yawn-worthy. Truly great games have more going for them than just the ending.

...as beautiful of an ending as it was.

Belicheck left the game BEFORE it was over. It was his duty - his job - to have enough class to ****ing watch the end of the game.

It was disgusting, unprofessional and incredibly juvenile.

Once again Belicheck proves he is a complete scumbag of a human being.

He is every bit a failure as a human as he is a winner as a coach.

And the world still continues on it's path around the sun.

To me an elite is someone who can do it more than once. An elite is someone who you know is without a doubt a great or a future great. When I think of elite football players I think of Joe Montana, Walter Payton(RIP), Jerry Rice, Steve Young, Brett Favre, Emmitt Smith, Troy Aikman, Joe Nameth, John Elway, and many others.

Eli is nowhere near an elite player. Just because he has one ring doesn't make him an elite anything, if that were the case, then practically every team that has one their first ring has a player that is an elite then. I will call Eli or NY an elite if they can do it again next year.

The score was 17 to 14......both teams defenses played very well.....it was just that one play......that made the difference. The Giants didn't win because of bad playing on the Pats part.....they won because of one play. The guy was open, and that was that......give them their win, they deserve it.
