Maybe they can finally explain why Maddie was inexplicably evil and magical during Sisterhood despite being neither of those things when X-Man revived her some years back.

LMAO, I love how Jean needs her own Handbook to explain the long, complicated and convoluted Phoenix story

Looks like a cover to some bad, decades old porno.

Great an entire book where Claremont can write up lesbian overtones. Im surprised Storm got the obligatory ass shot and not Psylocke

Only Claremont would choose to write a book called X-Women.

I might pick up the X-Campus series when it goes to TPB.

Anyone read the Dazzler book? I did and enjoyed it. BEST Dazzler story in like the last 20 years. McCann really got her character and made her feel relevant again. I liked the use of her history and we even got to see Mojoworld Dazzler! (my favorite look of hers).

This was my favorite scene. Was the a-hole suggesting that X-force take her out? Ali knows about them. I love how defensive she got and how she called him out on his BS and double standards. And his line about Emma never killing an Xman..what does that matter? Emma has killed and tried to kill tons of people including Xmen in the past. Heck, she killed her own sister and this was after reforming and becoming allied with the X-men. Im glad Ali isnt as vicious, unforgiving and relentless.

I hate it when people use the time Emma killed her own sister as an example of one of the bad things she's done in the past. Her sister was trying to kill children at the time, and Emma killed her to stop her. Include any other instance of Emma killing and torturing, but that one can be argued as justified.

Not when she killed her. Emma killed Adrienne, months after the attack on the mansion. She tracked her down and shot her in cold blood. She did that for revenge for what happened to Synch as well as to solve her financial problems by siezing Adrienne's assets. The comparison thats being made is that Dazzler's sister also tried to kill Xmen (children included) and even killed one (Diamond' Lil), and of course the recent attempt at killing Dazzler. She has just as much reason to hate and want to kill her sister as Emma did, but the point is she didnt. And like Ali said, he's accepted quite a few psychopaths and killers on the island, many of which are now X-men. I support her trying to help her sister, who isnt really evil or malicious. She was just taken advantage of and manipulated and Ali knows she is partly to blame for it for how she abandoned her and handled their relationship in the past. She's trying to redeem herself and make things right for the sister she neglected

There's two different stories in the book with two different artists. The first is Dazzler fighting Mortis, the second is the aftermath when she takes Mortis to Utopia and contacts their mother.

Fraction explained it it was something like her being a psychic ghost kina left overs of Maddies time as the Goblin Queen, essentially I don't think it was Maddie but a part of her.
