Official Rulk Thread

Yeah, that's not what that title said. It's also not what Doc Samson and She-Hulk said, either. :o

The title is ******ed because it's written by Loeb, and Doc Samson and She-Hulk are prejudiced. :o

I saw your review. Loeb's name is a guaranteed no-buy for me, and I'm not even a huge fan of the Hulk anyway.

Loeb is entering Bendis territory. His name alone gaurantees that anyone who dislikes him will give him a fair shake on a book.

Loeb's been in Bendis territory since the travesty that was Batman/Superman after Morrison's first arc.

Looking back at the credits, yes, he did. I was thinking of JLA Classified, which Morrison wrote the first arc of. :o

Anyway, Loeb's first arc on that series wasn't bad. I even handled what I would later come to realize was a horrible regression of Lex Luthor's character pretty well at the time. After that, however, it was all downhill.

You don't know what you're talking about, do you? Drop the blind hate, dude.

I know exactly what I'm talking about, I just got two titles featuring some of the same characters and the same artist confused. Loeb hasn't written anything good since his collaborations with Sale.

No, I said his first arc (singular) on Superman/Batman wasn't bad. It was mildly entertaining, but it wasn't a particularly good story. The rest of his run on that series ranged from mediocre to god-awful.
