Personally, I think either Missy Peregrym or Cobie Smulders would be great for Sif. Megan Fox would be perfect for the Enchantress. She always seemed too hot to not be secretly evil.

I can't imagine them bringing in +30 year old love interests... so anyone born before 1980ish I'd rule out. Blair looks young but not that young.

I would hate to see this thing underpeform and Thor/Avengers is pretty much all we see of the character. I'll guarantee at least one more appearance somewhere down the line... but I hate the idea of casting young for long term prospects. If Hemsworth was the best of the 26 and under bunch... how much is that really saying?

On the contrary, I think Skars can still look young and words from the wise, male is more ageless than female. The reason why Robert Downey JR can still be paired with Rachel McAdams in Sherlock Holmes and yes Sean Connery acted with Catherine Zeta Jones in Entrapment.

So Worthington as Hal Jordan is quite possible.

RDJ is getting paired with Scarlett for pete's sake... I mean I am not saying it's unusual but yeah I think an older Thor will have held his own better with RDJ. It's different when it's a male male pair and you are looking for that strong supporting cast. I can live with a couple of young guns in the cast but at what point does Marvel want to make the next splash and bring in a big name. I don't expect them to get a guy we have heard of for Cap either.
