Brilliant movie . I loved it from beginning to end . I don't think I have ever loved two animated characters more than Wall-e and EVE .I think Pixar deserves to break out of the Best Animated feature category at the Oscar and get a Best picture nomination for this movie .It had a lot of old Hollywood in it .I rate it a 10/10 .

I finally saw this tonight. It was absolutely phenomenal. Easily the best Pixar film so far. Just a beautiful love story, and nice message as well. I'm going to see it again because it's playing digitally at another theater here.

Speaking of messages, I know someone who didn't like the movie at all and was even offended that Disney was trying to "push an environmental message on her kids." I've heard that complaint in a few other places too.

Now having seen the movie, I can't understand how a movie about learning to take care of the place you live is supposed to be offensive? :whatever:

Maybe she's a republican?

Oh, she was also into the whole "freedom fries" movement and blaming all the world's problems on the Dixie Chicks a few years ago, so I should have expected that reaction from her.

I loved Ratatouille...but this, is great also..:D  8/10

Okay, so I finally saw Wall E...and I was blown away. Not only is the animation impressive but this is truly a timeless masterpiece (Yes, materpiece). It is easily Pixar's best and most creative effort to date. These two main charecters can only say altogether about 5 words but even though they are such lovable charecters. I loved this movie so much even more than Toy Story and The Incredibles. Its the best film of the summer, please go watch it...its totally worth it. Its my favorite CG movie.

10/10.

After Cars I was let down by Pixar but this has once again proven that Pixar is lead by movie gods and godesses! Im excited for any new film they're coming up with next.

Question...

I kinda got some popcorn stuck between my teeth, and while I was taking care of it, I missed something very important...

How the hell did AUTO's assistant got the plant without Eve noticing?

THis movie is so beautiful I went with my mom and little sister...at one point my mom nudged me and said "Stop crying!" I couldn't help it. Wall-E was just such a noble, selfless cute robot. The whole movie just moved me.

5/5.

Oh yeah, I cried a bunch of times.
That little guy shows people what it means to actually love someone, huh?

I'm pretty sure Wall-E is the most likeable character every to be put onto the big screen, scratch that, ANY screen.

The bit at the start where he is:

Singing to himself as he potters around his home was just perfect. He was so happy, I almost exploded from "awwwwwwness".

They need to include Wall - E in Toy Story 3. The Superbowl commercial was just awesome :woot: Wall - E is indeed just one of the best likeable characters ever

I just saw it. It's one of the best movies I have ever seen. Everything about this was fantastic!

I give it 11/10

I still can't get over how perfect this movie is! I've seen it six times and even brought the soundtrack! This and Be Kind Rewind are the best English language films of 2008. 5/5

saw it yesterday, amazing, just amazing. Wall.E is probably the most likable character i have ever seen. 10/10

Watched it on Friday at the cinema,it was awesome

I think I overhyped this movie too much for myself...It was great but not as good as I thought...I WILL see it again and I think it will grow on me, the more I watch it. :)

Yeah, I had a similar reaction myself the first time around. After the first time seeing it, I realized that I didn't really come out WOW-ed like I had for most of the other Pixar films, but at the same time, something was bugging me to see this movie again. For starters, I had extraneous circumstances that were really keeping me from enjoying it this first time around, like noisy kids and being on standby at work (meaning they could call me out at any time - it was nagging me that entire week).

Plus, a very similar circumstance happened to me with the Incredibles - thought it was alright the first time, LOVED IT the second time.

So weeks later, after all that mess went away and the crowds started thinning, I went to see Wall-E a second time. MUCH MUCH better. Still not quite my favorite Pixar film, but that's obviously not a knock on it in the least. It just has such incredible competition!

Incredibly charming and amazing with the visuals. A lot smarter than I perceived it to be the first time around, also. Plus, I saw a bit of myself in the Wall-E character/situation too (sad to say), which helped to make it a bit more personally moving.:O Without question, the scene towards the end where Eve finally takes Wall-E's hand was (to me, of course) one of the most touching moments I've seen on film in a while. To put it in a Pixar perspective, it was right up there with the final scene in Monster's Inc., where Sully finally gets to see Boo one more time.

So after having a quieter environment and no extra baggage, the experience was definitely a lot more satisfying this time for me. I thoroughly recommend seeing it again, for those who were kinda on the fence the first time like I was.

An extremely touching and tender movie. It amazes me how they could take two robots and show us humans how we should really be toward each other. The message was beautiful and the movie itself was visually impressive.

I'm glad I caught this. I've heard so many mixed reviews. How can anyone hate this movie?

Oh, she was also into the whole "freedom fries" movement and blaming all the world's problems on the Dixie Chicks a few years ago, so I should have expected that reaction from her.

Hands down, the 'freedom fries' fiasco was THE dumbest thing ever. EVER. Looking back now, it sounds like it came from a plot from a dumb sitcom, but when you realized that it did actually happen, then you start to cry uncontrollably.
