Larroca USED to be able to draw...for evidence that he somehow forgot...please check Burbaker's second arc in Uncanny..my lord...soooo much fugly larocca art
Larroca is still a good artist. He went through some weird experminental phase. His most recent work that Ive seen is more of his classic style. Not as great as X-treme X-men but still good. I liked his art when he did Ulitimate X-men

I love Larroca. Even when his drawings look slightly awkward, they still look better than those of many an artist.

Written by MIKE CAREY
Penciled by GREG LAND
Cover by ADI GRANOV
Variant Cover by DAVID FINCH
Heroic Age Variant by MIKE CHOI
“SECOND COMING”, CHAPTER EIGHT
Bastion’s plan comes to fruition as an impenetrable dome makes the Bay Area a prison. It’s bad enough for the millions of humans, but it’s even worse for the 98% of the world’s mutants who live there.
32 PGS./Rated A …$2.99

Heh, looks like Rogue and Emma joined Kitty in her Itty Bitty Little Titty Committee
She probably absorbed Kitty just before this issue. She does take on physical attributes some times

And Emma's implants were probably taken out.

impenetrable dome? that's his ultimate plan..i mean.. its pretty efficient seeing how Scott played right into a possible outcome such as this by corralling everyone to SF/Utopia....but still..an impenetrable dome of evil?

what exactly does Bastion's impenetrable dome of evil have to be made of in order to entrap 98% of the world's mutant population?....some extremely heavy hitters at that...

Don't worry Rogue being so wonderful will absorb its power along with bastion's as well and save hope and the entire mutant race lol.

wouldnt be surprised if that happened...and then..from twixt her nethers, which previously had only been touched by gambit when they were powerless and magneto..and joseph..and that guy that got introduced then dropped...pulse, was it? will be born the future of the mutant species

a dome really? i wanna see this guy draw Psylocke! he is crazy good! im guessing people cant teleport or telepathically do anything through the dome either. i bet Storm could still fry it....

I didn't think about it before, but it really does seem kinda impossible for Bastion to trap all the teleporters in the dome. People like Nightcrawler and Cloak sorta fold away into another dimension and reappear back on Earth. Magik and Pixie teleport through mystical means (well, Pixie does for sure. I'm not sure if Magik's teleportation is magical or mutant). Somehow I doubt Bastion has accounted for both in his dome.

Eh. The only thing more common than plot holes in modern Marvel stories is Wolverine.

hence back to my impenetrable dome of evil theory...just not seeing how it could work/be effective.

maybe it's a power dampening evil death bubble. lol

LOL!! now THAT i can see working! still lame..but effective
