Well Nightcrawler can teleport...which explains his survival rate...and having that ability, he should never be in a crash at all.

Getting this thread back on topic: What do you folks think about Charley's more...assertive attitude about using his powers? In Uncanny 488, he and Nightcrawler leave the mansion to go look for Magneto. Xavier says they'll have to go to places where Magneto was supposedly spotted and do things "the old-fashioned way". When Kurt asks him what that is, he replies: "I secretly probe the minds of everyone in the general vicinity."
Also it seems that Charles has FINALLY got fed up with the useless O.N.E.

well, he has his powers back now...so he can actually Do something about it...like making all the male soldiers have sex with each other while the x-men take them out...then they can steal their 'Zords to form Voltron and go fight Mothra

I'm all for it. Truth be told, I prefer a morally ambiguous Charlie X. I mean that in the sense of him probing minds without permission in order to protect his loved ones and do a job that must be done. Doing something like, say... getting a group of kids killed, and then erasing everyone's memory of them ever existing... that's going too far.
