Absolutely but at the same time trank’s behaviour, although understandable, made it harder for the cast and crew who were also going through similar things with Fox management. From personal experience as bad as things are you can only choose your own behaviour and becoming divaish and throwing tantrums just makes everything much worse

Yeah, it was a bad situation, but he also seemed kind of like an immature brat. I have a feeling the whole experience knocked him down a few pegs and he's probably done some growing up over the past few years.

At about 28 minutes in here, the Hasbro brand team shows off the new She-Hulk and Doctor Doom figures they'll be releasing in 2020. One of the reps said they're not allowed to say anything else about why they're releasing those or what the occasion is, but that they'd been threatened by Marvel to not spoil anything.

She-Hulk is obvious now: her TV show got announced yesterday. Doom is suspicious...they already confirmed an FF reboot movie is in the works last month, so that in itself should not be a secret. Speculate away!

While we probably still have some time to wait, it's a good bet that Doom, the FF and mutants will be a big part of the MCU.

She Hulk was pretty exciting to me since she was part of the FF during the Byrne run.

As a silver lining to the whole Spiderman situation is they may really focus on some of the big-name characters who used to be with Fox.

There's a big difference between Gemma Chan and Holland though. She was in makeup and had a small role in Captain Marvel. Holland has featured so prominently as Peter Parker and headlined his own solo movies. He is instantly recognisable with Spider-Man and associated with that role.

To have him play a different character now would be like having RDJ, Chris Evans, Brie Larson or Chadwick Boseman as someone else. No-one will ever stop seeing him as Peter Parker.

Never going to happen. Holland is too recognizable as Spider-Man to suddenly cast him as yet another Marvel character. Marvel will never do this. Gemma Chan and Marshalia Ali can play different characters separate from the ones they previously played in the MCU becuase their previous roles in the same universe becuase there characters aren’t iconic to the mainstream. in Gemma Chan’s case, she played a minor role in Captain Marvel and she was covered in blue makeup and hardly anyone remember her and with Ali — only a fraction of the audience who goes to the MCU movies even bother with the Netflix shows so there aren’t going to be many outside the folks who’ve seen Luke Cage who’s going to raise eyebrows over the fact Blade looks like CottonMouth now.

Tom Holland as Spider-Man is a different story all together. He’s been seen by millions, if not billions of people in not only his own movies but the crossover films(including the highest grossing movie of all time). Holland is always going to be most known as Spider-Man as much as Daniel Radcliffe is always most known for Harry Potter.

An actor who makes for a good Peter, would be a bad choice for Johnny.

That time table makes sense to me if they're focusing on what they have in front of them right now.

You know who they should recast to portray Johnny? The guy who played captain America. That could work!

The way the Eternals is shaping up to be as Feige himself said at Comic-Con “full on Kirby” makes me even more excited about MCU Fantatsic Four.

Marvel definitely won’t be afraid to do a proper Galactus. They’re not holding back. They better take this “full on Kirby” approach with the FF or else I’ll be disappointed. In a way it’s kind of what @Willie Lumpkin always pointed out is that it was perhaps best the MCU didn’t get the FF at the start becuase they were not at the place they are now where they could start being bolder, and more all-out with their IP yet. Guardians Of The Galaxy was just the beginning. Eternals looks like it’s going to take things to the next level and I can’t wait.

I feel now Marvel is the best shape to make the ideal FF movie. The FF are coming into the MCU at the right time.

Not really by time we get the mcu versions, it would be at minimum 15 years since we last saw silver surfer and "galactus" and that's if they were to start with those characters which they probably won't. We have a better chance of seeing the surfer pop up in another franchise first or even a solo. Plenty of time in between.

I'll settle for a better Galactus. The last one sorta looked like something getting flushed down a giant toilet bowl. But, yeah, Silver Surfer beating back Galactus doesn't really cut it.

Marvel Studios isn’t Fox. And I fail to see what you mean by so soon. For say Galactus appears in Eternals which will be released next year then that would be 13 years after we last saw him in ROTSS in 2007.
