Although Troy Bolton in the mcu would be pretty funny.

Actually what do you think about Garrett Clayton as Johnny? He’s definitely got that jack Kirby all American boy look but he might be a bit older than Tom Holland’s spidey

I looked up Garrett Clayton. He's 27, and he doesn't look that young either anymore. As I said, he looks like he's being taken over by the current adult version of Zac Effron.

You must really want someone with the Effron look for Johnny.

Platt is way too young to play Ben Grimm. He's meant to be Reed's peer and best friend, not his kid brother. Ben Grimm is like the grouchy favorite uncle of the Marvel universe and Platt is around the age of an actor who should play Johnny, not Grimm.

I like the choice of Seth Rogen much more.

Yeah Platt is unsuitable for Grimm. Rogen is much better and has that avuncular vibe and gruff voice already.

Well I still want Mads Mikkelsen as Doom even if he just does the voice, that voice is a commanding voice complete with an accent that I could easily hear coming out of the metal visage of Victor Von Doom.

Other voices I could live with include Bill Nighy, Jeremy Irons, Christoph Waltz

Bonus would be a physical actor that could have the "look" and the voice but I am willing to show some brief moments of Victor back in the day with "fill in the blank" actor but pull a Darth Vader and get a powerful voice to sell Doom's presence on the screen

Get David Prowse to voice Doom. He wasn't able to voice Darth Vader himself, so he can now have the chance to add his farmer's accent to the Monarch of Latveria!

Tom Welling is not a good enough actor for the role. He is a fine TV actor, but not for a role like Reed in a movie.

Welling hardly comes across as intelligent enough for Reed.

This is going to be weird casting but Richard Ayoade as Reed Richards?

Oh my gosh I love Richard ayoade. He’s actually my top pick to direct a fantastic four movie, especially after submarine which I adored. He could be as great or great than taika!

Yeah I think racebending will happen and is a good thing. The comic was made in the ‘60s but the movie won’t be. There would have to be some way to broaden the appeal or at least add in prominent supporting characters who represent the world outside your window (but then it wouldn’t be the fantastic four)

God, I want the Fantastic Four in the MCU so bad, it's becoming unbearable.
