Oh I thought of the perfect Susan storm! Betty Gilpin. She’s an incredible actress and can play sexy and fun as easily as playing a mum and she’s great on glow

Alicia Masters now that is tough but I would probably go with Rooney Mara

I would love for them to go for someone who is a bit less conventional than we’ve seen before. Someone who is incredibly sweet and who’s beauty goes beyond skin deep

It would be interesting.

About being funny and sexy, well, I think she would handle it.

I would be 100% OK with Krasinski and Blunt in the roles.
I'm not a fan of that photoshop though, especially how it makes her powers look artificially generated.

For the costumes they'd wear, I like this fan art:

The only difference I'd make is Ben being shirtless with the '4' on the belt of his pants.

Seeing them in fan art I was like Krasinski and Blunt are the perfect Reed and Sue and added they are married in real life so they would have built in chemistry already. Not to mention Emily she was in consideration not just to play Carol Danvers/Captain Marvel but she was also in consideration to play Black Widow way back when. It is about damn time they have her in the MCU. I can really think of no other character she can play than Sue Storm to be honest. Not to mention Krasinski too was also in consideration to play Steve Rogers/Cap before Evans got it but now I can see him as Reed.

Ugh, no to Emily Blunt as Susan. So many other actresses out there who are a much better fit for the role. She doesn't even want to do CBMs anymore. Scoop up Krasinksi for Reed but find someone else for Sue

For Sue, what about Kiernan Shipka from the Netflix Sabrina Reboot? Granted, she's only 18 right now, but by the time the F4 are introduced, most likely around 2022, she'll be 23, the perfect age to start off in a long-term franchise.

She's wayyyy too young for Sue. She'll be younger than Tom Holland who plays a 16 year old Spider-Man.

She'd make an awesome Kitty Pryde, though.

Maybe Spidey could try and date Sue. :o

And Johnny could be pissed that Peter is hitting on his big sister, especially when she's meant to be Reed's girl (and by girl, I don't mean daughter :o)

Yeah, I think the FF work better when they skew older, and X-Men when they skew younger. It also would help them differentiate from the Fox versions as well, which tried to have old X-Men and young FF, contrary to the comics versions.
Definitely agree with this. Traditionally, the X-Men were always on the younger side in the comics. Even in the initial Claremont run, Scott, Jean etc were in their early 20s & they all started out as teenagers.

Fantastic Four, however, need to be older this time like the source material. I hated the teenage angle in Trank's film that was pulled straight out of Ultimate F4 which I hated. Reed being the smartest man on Earth is very hard to buy when he's a 20 year old kid.

Half of the FF are older. Johnny is around Spider-man's age and Sue was in her early 20's when the FF started. Reed and Ben were the ones in their 30s going on 40s.

Marvel's Fantastic Four:
Directed by Eli Roth (The House with a Clock in Its Walls, Death Wish, Hostel)

Reed Richards / Mister Fantastic: Oscar Isaac (Inside Llewyn Davis, Ex Machina, Star Wars: The Force Awakens)
Susan Storm / Invisible Woman: Mackenzie Davis (Tully, Blade Runner 2049, Halt and Catch Fire)
Johnny Storm / Human Torch: Ansel Egort (Baby Driver, The Fault in our Stars, The Goldfinch)
Ben Grimm / The Thing: Danny McBride (Alien: Covenant, Vice Principals, Angry Birds)

Victor von Doom: Joel Edgerton (The Gift, The Great Gatsby, Loving)

Oscar Isaac and Mackenzie Davis yay.

Eli Roth and Ansel Elgort ew.

Danny McBride would actually be pretty solid. They might have to pretty him up a bit for the pre-transformation. And Isaac is my current favorite for Reed.

I think David Harbour would be a great choice for Ben.

In terms of the ages, the F4 works as a family unit, so you want to have a good spread of ages. Ben as an older guy in his 40s/50s playing the grumpy uncle; Sue and Reed in their late twenties/early thirties, playing the "parents" and Johnny as a teenager (and actually cast a teenager).

EDIT: Also think Nikolaj Coster Waldau is a great choice for Doom. That man has charm and gravitas and is equally talented at making you like him and making you hate his guts. Plus he is actually European. Let him play the role in his natural accent.

I don't want Reed in his late 20s. He should be at least in his mid thirties.

I think it is inevitable Krasinski and Blunt will get the roles of Reed and Sue; Krasinski in no certain terms is basically campaigning for this role

Reed and Ben mid to late 30s at least and Sue should be late 20s into early 30s and Johnny should be in his early 20s

Get the cast of It: Chapter One to play them. Bill as Reed Richards, Beverly as Sue, Ben as Ben and Richie as Johnny.

My personal top choices so far are:

Reed Richards - Oscar Isaac/Sendhil Ramamurthy/John Krasinksi
Sue Storm - Evan Rachel Wood/Emily Blunt
Johnny Storm Dacre Montgomery
Ben Grimm - Seth Rogen

Can't think of a choice for Doom I like. I think that the best way to go for him is probably the Darth Vader route.
