Jennifer Lawrence better read that contract before she signs it. She better be happy with the money they're offering her. She better research what is expected of her character otherwise we'll get another "Raven" 2.0. Needless to say, please keep Jennifer Lawrence as far away from the MCU as possible.

And I disagree with MCU's Rocket and Groot receiving accolades because they were voiced by actors with "star power." On the contrary, the MCU has shown a great deal of restraint when it comes to those two. They could announce to the rest of the world at every opportunity that Rocket is voiced by Bradley Cooper and Groot, by Vin but they didn't. Those two actors could've made cameo appearances. But they didn't.

Compare that to every other MCU actor who's seen maskless every chance they get. I don't think I've even seen an interview with those two actors promoting these movies.

I still think Jason Segal (as someone pointed out a few pages ago) is our best bet for MCU Ben. He has all the right components when you think about it.

I love Evan, I think she would be great for just about any role

Dr. Doom: James Norton, 34

Silver Surfer: Mena Massoud, 28

Galactus: Keanu Reeves, 55

clever idea to cast Mena as Silver Surfer. For some reason I’m really intrigued with a middle eastern actor playing Norrin. I think because the Middle East was the centre of math and created algorithms and algebra and things like that so it’s kind of the right plus for science meets theology

That's a good start.

Is Cavill such a great actor that you would cast him for this role just get him to thin out? What is it about him that would make him a good Reed?
I'm not sure. But I'm not sure he wouldn't. I mean that in the sense, that I think his body type maybe could be thinned out and it wouldn't be too much of an issue looks wise, to me. My preferred casting would've been Jake Gyllenhaal, but he got cast in FFH as Mysterio, so I got not much else. There's not many actors I see for it.

I can see:
Reed: Joseph Gordon Levit/ Ryan Gosling
Sue: Evan Rachel Wood/ Alicia Vikander
Johnny: Timothee Chalamet/ Dacre Montgommery
Ben: Jon Bernthal / Seth Rogen

John Krasinski being married it's not why I think he's a good choice. I just think he's a good choice regardless if they use Emily Blunt or not. That said, Emily Blunt is a fantastic actress and I think we'd be lucky to have her Sue Storm

I'd like for Emily Blunt to get some sort of role in the MCU especially considering she was almost cast as Black Widow.

Hell I still think she should have been cast as Captain Marvel.

Couldn't agree more with this. Nothing personal against Jennifer Lawrence, but she's so overexposed and I wasn't too fond of them trying to push Mystique as a main character in the later X-men films.

Definitely like Lily James or Mackenzie Davis for Sue, as well as Blake Lively - she was my original choice and I'd rather see Fassbender as Doom than Reed.

Reed - Oscar Isaac
Sue - Mackenzie Davis
Doom - Fassbender?

I really like Segal as Ben, that's a good shout @Shinobi Shaw

The only films Lawrence put in a questionable performance was Apocalypse & DP; I don't think the general audience has the same level of vitriol for her either. She hasn't had a hit in quite some time, so I could see her agent putting her back up for these types of roles. Working with Marvel would certainly be different than working with Singer & Kinberg--it might be a better creative outlet for her.

That being said, I only included her name as a throwaway suggestion as she's blonde & fits the age. Preferably I'd put forth Blake Lively. But I also like Penn Badgley for the role. The two were famously on Gossip Girl together, so I think Marvel may avoid stunt casting. Rachel Brosnahan is a great actress on the rise.

I do think that yes, Bradley Cooper as Rocket Raccoon is a selling point. As is Vin Diesel as Groot. Otherwise, Groot could go uncredited, but Vin Diesel is at the premiere wearing a coat made out of tree bark. I'd wager general audiences think those two names before Zoe Saldana's. And those two actors don't even go to set.

Thing's casting should probably be more comparable to Thanos (or Ruffalo's performance in Endgame). Not in characterization, just in terms of actor commitment/workload. If I remember correctly, Brolin was not on set for all Thanos pieces, but definitely for some of it (if not the majority). Obviously all the face mocap work & voice acting too. And you've definitely got to be in shape for those days you are on set and wearing those bulky contraptions to approximate the Thing's larger size.

I think Channing Tatum would hit it out of the park and it'd be a smart move on Marvel to snatch him before the distinguished competition--I don't suspect his iteration to any Gambit project will move forward at this point given the X-Men's rights converting back.

My line up (at the moment) would be....

John Krasinksi as Reed Richards
Anne Hathaway as Susan Storm Richards
Dacre Montgomery as Johnny Storm
Jason Segal as Ben Grimm
Fassbender or Adam Driver as Doctor Doom

I don’t know if you guys have seen Good Boys but I’d also cast the kid who played Max to be Franklin Richards down the line.

When this film gets made, do you want to see blue or white costumes? I personally would be in favour of seeing the white costumes.

I just can’t wait for the merch.

I want a shirt with the big ass 4 in the middle. Hot Topic playing.

oh adam driver as doom is a great choice - he has an awesome voice.

Ive got no issues with Tatum. I can see him as a Marvel hero (which one, I don’t know), but studios aren’t really falling all over themselves trying to cast him on anything. What was his last big hit?

My present first choice casting call:

Oscar Isaac as Dr. Reed Richards (Also Read: Reid Scott, Paul Ready)

Bryce Dallas Howard as Sue Storm
(Also Read: Blake Lively, Evan Rachel Wood)

Glen Powell as Johnny Storm
(Also Read: Billy Magnussen, Dacre Montgomery)

Seth Rogen as Ben Grimm
(Also Read: Wes Chatham, Danny McBride)

Rick Hoffman as Dr. Harvey Elder

Kayvan Novak as Victor von Doom
(Also read: Pilou Asbaek, Matthias Schoenaerts)

Glen Powell is 31 at the moment. Why would they cast so old for Johnny Storm? It's not like he looks like a teenager or in his early 20s.

I love all your picks!.............except I'd prefer Blunt over Anne Hathaway...........only if she says no. But Hathaway is a great consolidation prize.

I mean if you want to see a Mr Fantastic that’s more built than Captain America, knock yourselves out.

I’m open to alternatives, but your premise that he can’t be built is in direct contradiction to the comics.

if you want a skinny Reed or tall Wolverine, fine, but you’re the one changing the character. Not me.
