I hope they’ll do his history justice. Still hope he just show up already in Doom armour in a movie ( reportedly BP2) and we’ll get an epic event series, that tells the story of how he become the ruler of Latveria.

Spidey 3 is supposed to be out December of next year, but then we have to consider Marvel’s schedule and when FF would fit (and frankly that schedule keeps changing and some things aren’t on yet, so I have trouble following).

I wonder if we'll get a third origin story this time round. I personally wouldn't mind another one given that the other two origin movies weren't good and I love origin stories.

That "Secret Invasion" project feels like it's perfect to back door Doom in.

Basically swap out Doom for Osbourne to a degree in the larger scheme of the story if not it's content.

Build Doom up not as Thanos but as the wild card spoiler that all sides in any conflict have to wary of.

So maybe Doom is the "villain" that is also working against the Skrulls? ( I mean... It IS gonna be Skrulls in some capacity I assume.) This sets him up as a formidable foe without getting him into direct conflict with the heroes right away. Hell, maybe it's after Doom is a big part of thwarting the Skrulls that we see him being recognized among the heroes as a person to be feared and monitored?

Doctor Doom Could be Mystery Villain in Loki Series | Den of Geek

This article talks about it and shows the screenshots...I must admit, it does ring as a possibility...but I also realize Doom is rumored to be in a LOT of projects coming soon (WandaVision, Loki, Dr. Strange 2, Black Panther, F4, etc.) whether they actually show him, say his name, namedrop Latveria or actually show the country, anything is possible....

Okay. I just checked it out. In the first scene, out in the field, I thought “Eh, could be anybody, even Loki himself.”

But the second scene, from behind looking at the monitors, it almost seemed intentionally designed to look like Doom.

I thought it might've just been Red Skull again, since it did also show the back of Black Widow in the Soul Stone.

There is also the shot of what looks the cloaked individual about to reveal himself with fire behind him....I realize it could be anybody but damn what a MASSIVE moment it would be if it was good ol' Victor..

Here’s my take. It’s either Doom, or Marvel is intentionally trolling us to make us think it’s Doom when it’s not.

I don’t really know why they’d do the latter, so if I were to put money in one side or the other, I’d go with “ that is Doom”.

This seems to be an unarmored hand:

And Doom with a cloak but no armor wouldn’t really fit my ideal.

It could still be Doom pre-accident, but I don’t know how I feel about that.

I know right? What if Latveria is mentioned in WandaVision with all the talk of magic etc ?

What if we meet Doom in Loki?

I mean the first 6 months of 2021 could be INCREDIBLE setting him up to be THE villain to fear and love...

That would be wild, if its time travel and Cynthia showed up? I also know that they are hinting that Mephisto could be the threat in Loki....well one way or another, we know Doom is coming, I just hope SOME sort of reference whether its to him or to Latveria is in the year 2021....
