Would it be crazy to cast an actual blind woman for Alicia?
Thank you! Lily James is my top choice for Sue at the moment.

I definitely think Lily James is too young. Sue and Reed need to be mid-to-upper-30's, in my opinion.
Maybe Reed but I think its fine for her to be at least 5 years younger than him. How old should Johnny be? Id rather she not be old enough to be his mother

Personally, I prefer Johnny as an "annoyed older brother" than a peer for Peter.Maybe Reed but I think its fine for her to be at least 5 years younger than him. How old should Johnny be? Id rather she not be old enough to be his mother
Sue and Johnny will look like a traditional Aunt May to Peter Parker.
Sue is never meant to be in her mid 30s.

When has Sue ever been portrayed as being in her twenties? As far as I can tell, she and Reed have always been portrayed as among the older of the heroes. Their whole schtick is being mature adults and parents.
Well Byrne established that Sue was like 12 when she met a Reed who was College age, that would make her 22-24 in the original runPersonally, I prefer Johnny as an "annoyed older brother" than a peer for Peter.

Sue was early to mid 20's in the first books. In Marvel time (around 12 years since the FF debuted) she is around her mid 30's now. I'd say you can assume she was nearing or hit 30 when Franklin was drawn to be around 5 years old (which was quite a while...).Personally, I prefer Johnny as an "annoyed older brother" than a peer for Peter.

Krasinski
Blunt
Dacre Montgomery
Joel Edgerton
Those are my choices.

Exactly, it could add an interesting layer to what's often an extraneous character (the Story films didn't know what to do with her beyond Ben's Girlfriend.) It could be something very special. Not at all, I tried to find one but all I could see was Judi dench and I dont think shes right for the role.
I hope theres someone out there who could play Alicia and it would be wonderful to give a blind actress a chance

mid-30s sue, because i would like a reed in his late 30s/early 40s, pretty close to what stark was at the start of all of this. the age gap doesn't have to be as big as it is in the comics (although i find that interesting), but it should be there
james is 29 but looks younger, which i think would just lead them to having a younger reed as well. i wish they would be well-established scientists in their fields before the accident happens
