To be honest Im exactly the opposite I think they should embrace the campy, cooky jetsons type model

Joel Edgerton believe it or not I could even see him as Reed Richards believe it or not
Or I could even see Ewan McGregor as Reed Richards/Mr. Fantastic if they go with an older Reed
If they go younger on Reed then Joseph Gordon Levitt is perfect
I don't know if audiences would be able to handle the energy created by these actors. They're such dynamic, compelling performers with strong screen presences that they might overwhelm the film!Or if they go with an older Fantastic Four MCU cast:
Reed Richards/Mr. Fantastic- Josh Duhamel
Sue Storm/Invisible Woman- January Jones
Johnny Storm/Human Torch- Scott Eastwood
I was watching Alias Grace and thinking Edward Holcoft could make a good Reed:

Not sure how I feel about a black Ben Grimm, y'know with him being Jewish and all(hope this comment doesn't come off bigoted) but overall good cast picks.

A Jewish thing would be so great though to embrace that golem mythology and truly honour Stan lee plus good representation is always good. I would love it

Joel Edgerton would make a better Ben than Victor, I think.
Nicolaj Coster-Waldau for Victor.
Either one of them is too old to be classmates with JGLevitt though.
Stan Lee? Jack Kirby, my dude.
