I kinda thought that he was the guy in the blond locks putting his arms up in the air near the middle of the crowd after Magneto ends his sentence, "...this world has never witnessed!"...

I think it's the same guy on the far left on in the first shot of Magneto and the gang walking on the bridge..

Also, I just finished e-mailing Vince about his part in X3...and if he was indeed the man that Ratner gave the job, because Ratner didn't confirm the actor but only the character. He said a lot of information to me about his part 4 months ago but then suddenly became silent and gave typical ambiguous answers. Maybe this time he will give us some new hints or spoilers.

I called him on jumping to conclusions on all the crap surrounding Murdocco, I never said he was wrong in that Omega Red wasn't in the film, which is what we apparently know now. He has no reason pull my name out, especially now, and nothing to brag about until the credits role and Murdocco's name is on there across from Omega Red, and not any emails from Murdocco since he can never get his friggin stories right.
