If that is the case, I hope to God that they DRASTICALLY change him. I did not really like him in X1, although the fight with him and wolverine is the best solo fight yet IMO....

unfortunately my role was cut from the film but was given an opportunity to
participate as part of the Elite X3's stunt team comprised of men from
London, LA, Toronto, and Vancouver. To be a mutant and battle in the final

I mean, he flat out denied all of the Marrow, Stacy-X, Avalanche, and Gambit rumors, but when people asked him about Omega Red, he had no comments...

I'm starting to think that there's gonna be more cameos in this film like they said...

I think it would be kinda confusing for the general audience to have different characters with the omega symbol, and a character named Omega Red with a minor role (it would be logical to asume he could be the leader of the omegas).

That's why it more likely than anything that he will not be in this movie, or the fact that the symbols don't mean much of anything at all. Even if he is, just because he has Omega in his name, doesn't mean that anyone with an omega symbol on them has to follow him.
