Do what?

rogue cured, cyclops dead at the verey begining all of those things that make this film be bad and fans dissapointed

I am not saying it'll be so bad (probably i'll like it more than the other two) but let's be realistic... critics will never like x4.... and this one could simly make history if it were a bit longer with more developed caracthers and a few more action sequences its caracthers deserve....

The cure isn't permanent, Cyclops is not shown dying. Rogue takes the cure midway through the movie. The film won't be bad. You only think that because something bad will happen to your favourite character.

More action sequences?

Haven't we got enough

i don't care the cure is permanent or not...the worst thing is rogue doesn't accept herself and that is not fitting with the real rogue.........

yeah everybody has something to do, less rogue (or should i say marie?) thand cyclops... common it's the onl thing critics critic from this film, the lack of development of some carchters and it's a bit short...

So can i confirm all the reviews we read came for the final version?????

Yes. I guess the best hope of seeing some of the cut scenes is an extended dvd though i'm not 100% sure Ratner would support it.

Whatever happened to 'everything we shot is in the movie'....

Storm's discussion of her origin, Storm's tidal wave, Psylocke's psi-blades, Colossus vs Juggs...

And there is apparently a very sharp edit between some scenes - Wolverine picks himself up off the infirmary floor and next thing they are at Jean's house, with no scene between with the X-Men discussing what has happened to her and where she might go... Was that scene ever fimed?

yeah this is fishy.............too many delated scene for the dvd....

There were pictures of Wolverine on the floor and Storm looking at him with Prof X on the back... I'm pretty sure that is from a scene after Jean leaves...

damn you ratner... we curse you...we hates you. Smeagol er...

okay I don't hate you...its just...gah! WHY!?!

yeah I think he means they go straight to Jean's house after that Scene with Storm and Xavier discovering Wolverine on the floor in the infirmary.

Running Time (My Theatre): 1h 55m, 115 minutes - with credits.

someone (Lex?) clocked like 96 or so minutes with their viewing. If it was Lex, than its certainly true. So, tack on a lengthy 10-minute credit and you get only 106 minutes. So, my theatre's version will be 9 minutes longer than Lex's.

96 + 10 (Hypothetical for Credits) = 106 minutes.

115 - 106 = 9 minutes extra.

And if Lex's version was indeed 103-104 minutes with credits (Credits being 7-8 minutes), then that, means my version will be anywhere from 9 to 12 minutes longer!!!

This is a small theater, and my friend (the manager) is very professional in getting movies - he only trusts the official running times, the ones he recieves, over those shown on the internet. This backs up our theory!

I have always said that we won't know for sure about our little theory until May 25-26. (That holding back until the official release was the WHOLE POINT.) Not much longer!!! :D

I'm torn.

There is evidence towards a different version.

What was Trask's role? I don't think there was much of one in the reviews that we've had.

And who the hell is this guy? Why is he in this picture, but in none of the footage we've seen?

Why are there different reported running times?

And just exactly WHY IS CYCLOPS HERE IN HIS UNIFORM?!!!
(obviously referring to the Cameron Bright photo, which I don't have individually on my computer. PS, if anyone does have it, can they post it?)

And why did Jimmy talk about wearing the uniform?

The evidence is there, I'll admit it, but I just don't have the faith. I don't have the faith that Fox is pulling a fast one on us for a character portrayed by basically an unknown actor.

I want to believe, I really do. I guess I just need to hold out a couple more days, huh?

Nell, I have the picture - give me a sec.

Well, I may get to see it sooner, no telling. If I do, I'll know for sure if this is how its played.

^Original. It was removed from the site. Also proved to be the Final Battle Setting.

Larger, defined version.

lol...plus the screening says it never shows him dying, same with Rogue taking the cure.
