I vote Catwoman. Zatana kicks all kinds of ass (the battle of consciousness in the last issue of her Sveen Soldiers mini was seriously kickass), but it's Catwoman. You can't not have Catwoman.

I have to admit Catwoman would be easier to do an origin for..because Zatanna's revolves around her father and I know zilch about him.

However Catwoman would be connected to Batman at some point so...it's up to JRK.

Came from a broken home. Ran away from an abusive father after mother died. Lived on the streets and ran away from any orphanige she got put in. Survived through theivery and some prostitution. Is now an expert theif. Only steals from crime bosses, politicians, and high security places like museums because there's no fun in stealing from regular folk.

Eh, since the characters will be a bit different because of their world, I think we could make some differences. Maybe she was trained by the Hand or something? Just a thought.
