As far as my choice,I choose Catwoman,out of sheer curiousity...Considering you yourself have said that you are nothing like her.It'd be an interesting test of your abilities as an RPGer.

Hey lads. I had an interesting idea about the fused universes in regards to the infinity gems. I'd think that the Endless would be in possesion of them. Like this....


Dream posseses the mind gem, for his is the realm of the subconscious, so he undertsands the mind better than any in the universe.


Death holds the soul gem. Who better to have the soul gem than she who escorts souls into the sunless lands?

Destiny holds the time gem, for the destiny of all sentients lies in their past and the possibilities of their future.

Destruction would hold the power gem, for he who is destruction understands how power can be used for both ill and good.

The space gem is Desire's, for more than any other of the Endless, Desire's influence is at all times existing throughout the universe.

And, to Delirium goes the reality gem, for only one who is madness incarnat can truely understand reality and it's maliability.



Just a thought I had.

The Endless are seven entities, each one representing an abstract concept tied to the universe and sentient life (death, dream, destiny, ETC.) They origionally apeared in Neil Gaiman's Sandman (one of the greatest comics of all time). SInce each of the gems represents a very physical concept, and each of the Endless represents a metaphysical concept, it would make sense for the gems to be in the Endless' possesion.

Before I do my whole "Apokolips Invasion" deal, I want to run it by everyone.

Basically, Earth is to be the first battleground in Apokolips' first invasion since the signing of the deal with New Genesis. Earth stands as an unalligned world in the war between the gods, thusly as one of the targets Apokolips may attack. Darkseid leads the invasion personally, with massive ships that carry thousands of Parademon troopers and hundreds of flame tanks, besides the ships' own cosmic weaponry. Each ship will appear over various cities. One will appear over Metropolis (I'm thinking this is the one Darkseid himself will be on), one will appear over Gotham, one over New York, and over cities that don't have players in them, like Moscow and Paris and Los Angeles. Darkseid will then make some kind of speech (something along the lines of "Citizens of Earth, I am Darkseid, lord of Apokolips. This land, everyone and everything on it, now belong to me. Your governments have one hour to surrender, or I will destroy them utterly."), and then that's where it ends, giving you all enough time to post responses and all of that.

Sound good? I'm of course not going to do it for a little while. I think Superman should probably get named first, and Batman get more than one night under his belt.

That's what I was thinking, though something like this is a bit beyond Batman's scope. There'll be Kalibak, the Female Furies, Glorious Godfrey, and Steppenwolf with Darkseid. Besides the, you know, armies of Parademons and cosmic weaponry

Good idea. As for Thanos and the Endless, while getting the gems from Dream and Destiny would be somewhat difcult, remember, Death (of the Marvel Universe) helped Thanos get the gems in the first place in the comics, so you could play with that. Also, unlike the three eldest, the rest of the Endless aren't quite as serious or mature, so Thanos might be able to trick them into handing over the gems.
