Hey! Hey! You keep that in the damn Transformers RPG, where it belongs! :cmad:

Fine, fine. Though, I am contemplating taking up a character in this RPG again. One who isn't so vital to current arcs...someone I can take at my own speed. :ninja:

If it helps, here's a list of characters that are a part of the current arcs, if that'll help.

JLA;
Superman
Jay Garrick
Spider-Man
Captain America

Green Arrow (Part time)
Black Canary (Part Time)
Iron Man

The Avengers:

The Flash
Green Lantern (Rayner)
Thor
Giant Man

Wonder Woman
Hawkeye
Vision
Lex Luthor

The Suicide Squad:

US Agent
Killer Croc
Killer Frost
Plastique
Chameleon

The X-Men

Those are the big teams, don't think I forgot anyone, but I did that by memory so I could have.

Then there are smaller arcs going on that feature Daredevil, John Stewart and Super Skrull going after Galactus and Parallax.

Then there's some solo stuff going down with Joker, Batman (I think) as well as Robin (could be wrong, here), Venom, Silver Surfer, Noah-Varr, Bulleteer, Hulk, Dr. Doom, Supergirl.

I don't know if I forgot anyone, but that's as good as I can do without going into research mode.

Good lord no. Not even with a stick. Sensei now, is like the lovable ****.

If you're going to make jokes about me being a woman, at least compliment me! :cmad:

And I don't mean 'fat' fat. I mean the kind of 'fat' where you think "Oh man. Oh. Oh that can't be healthy.", and you kind of feel sorry for the person but then you remember it's their own damn fault for using a forklift instead of just a fork.

"One Universe" RPG SEASON IV SIGN-UP FORM

Screen Name: Eddie Brock

Character you would like to play: Two-Face

Powers: None.

Brief biography of the character's history:
Keyser Soze said:
After a childhood of abuse at the hands of his brutal father, Harvey Dent escaped Gotham and built a new life for himself working for the District Attorney's office in New York City, along with his beloved wife Gilda. But Harvey found himself drawn back to Gotham City, where circumstances led to him being appointed as the city's new District Attorney. Forming an alliance with Jim Gordon, Gotham's new Police Commissioner, and Batman, the city's mysterious masked protector, Harvey vowed to bring the Falcone and Maroni crime families to justice, and free Gotham from the grip of organised crime.

It was a mission fraught with setbacks and heartbreak. An attempt on Dent's life left Gilda in a coma. Time after time, Maroni slipped out of prosecution, and as time went by, a bitter personal feud grew between Dent and Maroni. Eventually, Maroni was caught, and agreed to testify against Falcone. Harvey Dent's dreams of a new era in Gotham were close to becoming a reality. But as Maroni stood trial, he threw a bottle of acid in Dent's face, destroying his life forever.

Horribly disfigured, Harvey Dent was further horrified to discover Maroni was going to get away with what he'd done, due to a legal technicality. Pushed too far, Harvey Dent became the murderous criminal Two-Face. He hunted down and killed Maroni, then had the rest of Gotham's crime dynasty wiped out over one bloody night. Stepping into the power vacuum, Two-Face became the undisputed head of organised crime in Gotham. Harvey Dent had turned into the very monster he had vowed to fight against.

List a few reasons why you have chosen that character: Well, as anyone who knows me knows, I've been itching to play Two-Face for a while. He has eluded me 'til this point. I didn't think I'd go through with this - because Keyser's interpretation is an act that only a fool thinks he can follow - but I realized it's not about following anyone. Keyser's interpretation is much more how I would perceive Two-Face, not as two separate personalities but instead a merged one. Finally, who's going to complain about playing off of wiegeabo's Batman?

What can you bring to this game?: Reliability, work ethic, and a twisted sense of morals.

Color and font you plan on using for your character's speech: Bold Dark Slate Blue

How many times do you intend on posting a DAY IN the RPG: Two? No, but however many will progress my story logically.

Please provide a sample post with original content in the style that you plan to write your character in (must be at least 5 paragraphs long and contain at least 3 line of dialogue):

"Wake up, Mr. Miller." I slap the barely-conscious criminal to get his attention. He stirs slightly. I kick the leg of his chair. "Come on, it's time for your trial," I explain as I slip my hands into my pockets. I begin to pace the room, finally nodding to my henchmen. They cut the ropes binding Mr. Miller to his chair before leaning the chair forward. He falls to the ground with a thud.

"Francis Louis Miller, you are being charged with dealing drugs in my city, outside of the designated areas," I announce loudly. Mr. Miller starts to pull himself to his feet. "How do you plea?"

"Wuh?" Mr. Miller mumbles groggily. He squints in the darkness to try and get a look at me. "What's going on?" he asks a bit more lucidly. Pushing off his knees, Mr. Miller stands himself up. He desperately searches the room for an indication of where he is. He won't find any.

"It's very simple, Mr. Miller," I state calmly. Deep down, my anger is rising again. "You have two options: do you plead innocence or guilt?" I stop pacing and turn so that Mr. Miller can only see the right side of my face. I take the familiar coin in my fingers and begin to flip it absently.

"Who are you?" Mr. Miller demands. Funny how much a man's confidence rises when he's trying not to be afraid. Funny...and stupid.

I turn my head sharply, allowing him to get a good look at my scars in the light. "I'm the man who holds the fate of your life in his hands," I answer through clenched teeth. I catch the coin and grip it tightly in my fist. "Did you deal or not? It's a simple question."

"No!" Mr. Miller answers indignantly.

"Very well. Onto the sentencing."

Mr. Miller stammers, "W-wait! Aren't you going to let me explain?" Just like that, all his confidence is gone. I think now he realizes the seriousness of the situation.

"If you're innocent, you have nothing to fear," I explain. I flip the coin, noticing his eyes following it through the air. He swallows audibly as the coin lands in my palm. I glance at him once before turning my hand over, slapping the coin down on the back of my other hand.

Scarred.

"Guilty." Hearing the cue, my henchmen appear behind Mr. Miller. They both grab him, one taking each arm. Mr. Miller kicks and struggles as he's dragged off into the darkness. There was a time when I would have dealt with him personally, but I already have enough blood on my hands.

Do you know how to post pictures on the hype boards?:
