Yeah, last season I had Peter thinking about college, which puts him around Junior Year - so it makes sense he's a Senior now. Of course, if it was never clarified that Felicia was the same age as Peter, she could have graduated already.

The Joker broke him - and the other two aforementioned characters - out of Arkham and enlisted them into his cause. The Joker wants to overthrow Two-Face's criminal empire and establish supercrime as the status quo. Clayface openly dislikes and distrusts the Joker, but he works with him anyway, causing all kinds of mayhem.

So what sort of Clayface have you envisioned, visually? The big guy from Batman: The Animated Series, or the much smaller version from The Batman? (those are my only memorable references)

I think you have me confused with someone else. I've never watched an entire episode of The Batman, so I'd rate myself at "indifferent," at best. Though I do utterly detest the Joker and Riddler designs that I've seen.

Very little to my knowledge. She attacked a construction site and torn down a casino that was being built.

I should re-apply for Babs... again. -_- Except, and this is NO OFFENSE to Carnage... I miss EB as Peter. :P Not that Carnage isn't doing a good job, just that EB gives me nostalgia for a couple years ago. :P

Heh. Hard to believe I've been playing these RPGs long enough to qualify for "nostalgia" status. Yeah, we had some good team-ups - and some long-term plans that I can remember.

No. Not that I'm aware of. I know for a fact he hasn't been played since I joined up in season 2.

He hasn't been played, but I used him once when I was Spider-Man. Under the influence of the symbiote, Spider-Man pounding the ever-loving **** out of Clayface until Captain America stepped in.

"One Universe" RPG SEASON IV SIGN-UP FORM

Screen Name: The Manly Torch

Character you would like to play: Clayface, Basil Karlo

Powers: Being chemically altered gave him the ability to regenerate body mass, change shape, size, density and shape-shift into any form he could think of. Superhuman strength, agility, stamina, and durability.

Brief biography of the character's history:
Karlo was an out-of-work actor, who had been desperately trying to rise to fame for years. In his forties, his ambitions had turned into obsessions. He attempted suicide twice, but survived both times. His wife divorced him and took the two kids. His sister disowned him. He was feeling like his life was slipping out of his hands when he discovered that there was a man peddling a “youth” drug, who claimed to be a successful scientist with years of research and development and assured Karlo that the test-phase drug was safe. He convinced Karlo that the government had lost interest and were going to pull funding after a certain amount of time. Karlo bequeathed all of his money to the man, and eventually he submitted himself to testing the drug.

Karlo was hospitalized, and he was administered morphine. He actually flatlined in the ER, but he recovered after being shocked three times in a row. For days upon days, he lied in an almost vegetative shape. When the man who gave him the drug paid him an unexpected visit, Karlo grew angry, but could do nothing. A few days afterward, he began to improve, though very slowly. In a manner of two months after this, he had recovered enough that the hospital could discharge him. However, he had gained a substantial hospital bill, and had no health care. After several more weeks, when he gained the strength to venture outside, he took an old Vietnam-era pistol he had inherited from his father and held up a convenience store. After a successful, clean robbery with a reward of 54 dollars, Karlo was encouraged. His second attempt, however, landed him in jail.

After a trial, Karlo was sentenced to a month in prison, but that was long enough to find himself in a deadly situation. A biological reaction triggered in his body, and the first traces of Clayface were born. After escaping prison, Karlo eventually found the man who had done this to him and forced him to give him a large dose of the experimental drug, which Karlo injected into himself, not out of lust for power, but out of the belief that it would kill him, because his face was plastered with the word, “Wanted” all over the news.

Of course, you realize, that this accelerated his evolution. When he killed the deceitful “scientist,” though partially an accident, Karlo had crossed the gap into full criminality, and he embraced it.

List a few reasons why you have chosen that character: Well, one main reason, because I can start playing with others right off. I’ve always enjoyed seeing Clayface, and I find him to be a compelling character.

What can you bring to this game?: Absolutely nothing. All I can amount to is another player, since I obviously cannot write as well as most other participants, and I never have good ideas.

Color and font you plan on using for your character's speech: Palatino Linotype, Bold.

How many times do you intend on posting a DAY IN the RPG: Once.

Basil Karlo listened to the slow metal tapping, focusing on it, though he desired to strike the sound completely. He sat patiently, a weathered, bony man slouched over the side of his rock-hard cot. His door was open, the guards were turned, and a larger, black man appeared on the other side of Karlo’s bars, stopping short of the open gate.

“Hey, honey, papa’s got a little present for you,” he hissed.

Karlo closed his eyes and imagined that he was in a horror film. He was the protagonist and the menacing black man was the monster, bent on killing everyone. To heighten that fact, his cell-mate, a fellow newcomer, had already experienced an intimate occasion with the black menace when he dropped his soap, before retaliation cost him his spine. Grimy fingers gripped the metal frame of Karlo’s cot, and he hefted himself to his feet.

“What do you want with me?” Karlo could not conceal the shakiness in his voice, and he regretted having spoken at all.

The black was encouraged, and his yellow teeth splayed out of their fleshy confinement. He lifted the heavy chain in his hands to his eyes, causing them to clank together solidly and eliciting a wince from Karlo. His beady eye peered through the links at the meager Karlo, whose back was now pressed against the wall. He cast his eyes down to the dirty, cement floor and noticed the drain in the floor.

“You might be a bit old for my type,” the black man made his way through the open door, continually observing Karlo through the thick links of his chain. “But you’re nice an’ skinny an’ soft, soft in all the right places, my little nancy.”

“My name is Basil,” he spoke again, this time more certain, though he felt no stronger.

“**** introductions!” the black man threw his body against Karlo’s.

He could feel the sweat of the shirtless convict rubbing off on his cheek, and he gagged when he was overwhelmed by the stench of this sweat. The man’s hands rubbed Karlo’s sleeves and goosebumps blanketed his arms. The stale stench of dried blood clouded his senses, and his vision blurred from the rising tears. The man was pressing harder against Karlo, smothering him in his foul lust. The monster was breathing down his neck, and this moment looked bleakest before he knew he would be devoured. Now was the time for the protagonist to retaliate and conquer the beast.

The black man’s body flew into the bars.

“Smile, you son of a *****.”
