Just read the first Wolverine post that was made in the IC thread before the character was dropped and I have to say, I can see some potential in the whole Vandal Savage thing, in fact it leans toward something a buddy of mine and I were gonna do a while back, but unfortunately he was the one in the know about Savage. I don't know a whole lot about Vandal Savage at all but I would love to continue on with that arc, so I guess what I'm asking is....would anyone like to play Vandal Savage?

Right I've decided in wake of the recent post I've decided to switch up the tone of the Libra/Doom story.

Libra-So Doom, I just heard a new joke

Libra-So a a family walk into a talent agency and the father says that he and his family have a brilliant new act. The agent says that family acts are all washed up but the man assures him that this is different so the agent asks them to perform. So the father takes the son and the baby and *** ***** ***** ##% and *8****

Libra-Hold on the mother than takes a pickle and the daughter along with ******* Seat belt ******baby ***** **** **** then takes the blender and with the son ****** and ****8**** Barbara Streisand ****baseball bat. And when they are finished the agent seems interested and asks them what they call their act. They all say "The Aristocrats!"

Brief biography of the character's history:
Bruce Banner was a top scientist for the military that was working on a gamma bomb, a weapon of massive destructive power. During a test of the gamma bomb, Bruce noticed a young teenager by the name of Rick Jones had entered the test site. Bruce rushed to aide the young man, and in pushing Rick into a trench, exposed himself to the rays of the gamma bomb. The result of this exposure would be to transform mild Bruce Banner into the destructive monster known as The Incredible Hulk.The Hulk has gone through many different personality transformations during his lifetime. At first, the Hulk had very little of Bruce Banner in him and was easily angered, making him a threat to mankind. Banner was able to control the beast at a time though, through radiation treatments, going on to help form the Avengers in the process. His control would wane though, and the Hulk continued to threaten the world.Another gamma powered being, Doc Samson, who was also a psychiatrist, attempted to treat Banner. He successfully freed Bruce from the Hulk persona, but when the Hulk threatened to continue to destroy all around him, Bruce reformed with the Hulk, shattering his persona in the process. What emerged was the Grey Hulk, known as, “Mr. Fixit.” This version had the intellect of Banner, but maintained the savage side of the hulk.Doc Samson further tried to help Banner, and through hypnosis, helped him to create the, “Professor Hulk.” This entity appeared to have the full intellect and personality of Bruce Banner, but the powers of the Hulk. After much inner battle, Bruce has had to make a deal with the three main personas of the Hulk, each taking turns to control the beast.Recently, The Hulk has gone back to being more like his earlier incarnation. Having a limited intellect and being easily angered. This Hulk became part of a scheme from S.H.I.E.L.D to help them destroy a satellite called the Godseye, It was a S.H.I.E.L.D. weapon that had fallen into the hands of the terrorist group Hydra and had the ability to replicate the strength of any enemy it faced. The Hulk succeeded but was soon to be betrayed by his new employers.

The Illuminati, a group of super humans including Reed Richards, Doctor Strange, Iron Man, Nick Fury, who are working to protect mankind and operate behind the scenes to better the world, saw an opportunity to rid the earth of The Hulk. When he was picked up by a shuttle to return to earth, he was sent into a wormhole, destined for a desolate planet. Instead, he landed on Planet Sakaar and became part of a gladiatorial games, after passing through the portal weakened him immensely.
Rising to great fame on the planet and succeeding time and again, The Hulk became known as The Green Scar and has unintentionally helped to lead a revolution against the corrupt emperor. On this planet, The Hulk reigned supreme. He had found peace, love, and people who adored him. This all ended however, when the ship that had taken him to Sakaar exploded, killing millions, including his new wife. The resulting explosion destroyed the planet, and the Hulk hurled the remnants of his Warbound into space. His target…Earth and all of those he deemed responsible for the death of his loved ones.
Arriving on Earth, he systematically went through and defeated those he held responsible. Black Bolt, Iron Man, Mr. Fantastic, and The Sentry all fell before the Hulk before he finally changed back into Bruce Banner with New York torn into pieces. When one of his own Warbound, the insectoid Miek, turned on the Hulk, revealing it was he that had detonated the ship, Banner changed back into the Hulk, consumed with rage. He then asked Iron Man to stop him as he feared he would destroy the world in their rage. Iron Man turned all the defensive satellites upon The Hulk and defeated him. With The Hulk imprisoned, a new red Hulk has emerged, as well as a new Abomination. It seems the only one who can stop these threats could be The Incredible Hulk

"Bruce, how did you get a reservation there?" Betty asked, as she and Bruce walked back to their house in NYC after an overly-expensive dinner.

"I was taking my baby out to dinner, damn the costs." Bruce replied.

Bruce and Betty continued to walk down the street and came across a dark ally, where three thugs were hangin' out, seeming like they were waiting for someone.

"Hey baby!" One thug shouted at Betty, another growled at her.

She and Bruce began to walk faster and faster.

"Just let it go Bruce, keep walk..."

"Hey I was talking to you dammit!!!" One of the thugs grabbed Betty's shoulder, turning her body around.

"Someone just made a baaad mistake! I reccomend you leave right now befor..."

"What? What's gonna happen?"

The thugs surrounded them both and one of them clawed at Betty's purse, while another punched Bruce in the face, knocking him to the ground.

"C'mon pretty boy!"

"YOU'RE......RRRAAAAAAA!!!! MAKING......ME....ANGRRRRY!!!!"

"HULK SMAAAAAASSSSHHH!!!!!!!"

The Hulk hurled a punch at one, sending him miles across NYC, then he grabbed the one that taunted he and Betty.

"AAAAAHHHH!!!! GET THIS THING OFFFFF OF MEEEE!!!"

"HULK SMASH!!!"

The Hulk crushed his body using both of his hands, nearly killing him. The last thug tried to run, but was knocked to the ground by a thunder clap.

"AH!! AHHHHH!!!" the thug screamed, and suddenly police cars showed up everywhere, and cops stormed out all pointing their guns at the Hulk.

"PUT THE MAN DOWN!!!!" a cop shouted into his megaphone

The Hulk left the man, grabbed Betty, and leaped onto a building, with bullets spraying at him from the police. The Hulk evaded the police and brought Betty to a safe place in an empty park.

Character you would like to play: Dick Grayson/Robin

Powers: Robin has no superpowers but has been an acrobat since he was born at the Haley's travelling circus. After his parents were murdered, millionaire Bruce Wayne took in Dick as a child to help him vent out his anger and sort his life out. Bruce then trained Dick in several forms of martial arts and a heavy arsenal that he shares with his mentor, Batman.

Brief biography of the character's history:
(Please note: I have been out of the loop of the RPG's for a while now so, my knowledge goes only as far as Season III which I still have not caught up on)
Dick Grayson was part of the "Flying Graysons" with his mother and father, a trapeze/acrobatic act for many years till one faithful night, at Oliver Queen's private mansion the animal known as The Incredible Hulk" came charging into the show and Dick's parents were killed due to the circumstances of the Hulk's actions. Bruce Wayne who had attended the show, felt sympathy for Dick as he too lost his parents at an early age. Wayne took the boy in as his ward, though the billionaire was sympathetic and caring guardian he was often absent on his nights out, when Dick happened to stumble across his guardian's secret room he found something he'd never expected to see The Batcave. His life changed again and Bruce Wayne trained the young Grayson, they now protect the city together as the Dynamic Duo, Batman, The Caped Crusader and Robin, The Boy Wonder.

List a few reasons why you have chosen that character:
Dick has been one of my faverioute and intresting characters I have read about through all the years. I find the concept of Robin an intriguing and very worth while one and have always wanted to play the Boy Wonder in an RPG for a while now.

What can you bring to this game?: Hopefully, I will be able to interact with other players this time around as last time I played in the RPG's I was quite distant from other players. As Robin I will be willing to partake in any arcs going on, and hope other players will enjoy role playing with me.

Gotham City

It's 10 o'clock and I'm patrolling the Downtown, apparantly Bruce has intel on a bank robbery going down. Can't be to much of a threat since he sent me out here alone, huh, guess he finally thinks I won't get shot anymore. Standing on a rooftop just observing the Gotham National Bank, can't count how many times this place has been robbed in the past year, ten, twenty, a hundrend? This is the worst part of the job just waiting with my binocoulars, waiting...waiting. All of a sudden a van pulls over and four guys run into the building the door's locked, okay I mean seriously!? Who goes into a bank and doesn't expect the door to be locked.

"Hey Boss, we can't open...."

BAM! I hear a massive explosion breaking the door's open and a massive alarm sound going on. "Okay boys, you know the drill. Just run in and grab what ever you can. If the cops come for us I'll just use my boys to sort this out. Now, MOVE!" There's now five guys rusing in, one of them's got a shot gun, three with pistols and one of them's got some weird....sonic boom attached to his hands; I peer down to see the driver's waiting with the van on the look out. This should be fun.

Getting the graplin hook out I swing towards the van, just behind it I tap on the window as the driver hears me. He looks out with a gun, "Who's there?" he says startled. I just smile as I give him a hard but silent punch and knocks him out cold. Now for the other guys, I rush into the bank they've already tied up the security guard to the floor as their leader get's ready to open up the safe.

"Alright, you might want to cover your ears and move back a little." He says getting his hands ready, I wonder what he has under his coat? Looks like I'll find out soon.

"You know, if you want to set up a bank account...."

"..I don't think this is the way to go about it."

I jump out into the air throwing a bunch of batarangs at the crooks disarming them almost instantly. Rolling onto the floor I go to the closest one and do a very quick chuck norris like kick to the face and throw him to the floor, the other two arn't quite as difficult as I land a few blows to their chests and get knockout gas to fill up the room before making it easy for me take the other two down.

"ENOUGH!"

All of a sudden I'm pushed back a couple of feet into a wall and hit it hard, feeling a little dizzy. I look up and over the smoke, I don't know what I should be feeling right about now.

"You're in a LOT of trouble now, kid. You're messing with the Shocker!"

I get up from the ground and shake my head from side to side and look straight towards me. And I'm kind of thinking to myself, I really can't blame Bruce for wasting time with this guy.

"Okay. You do realise that you could have made your costume empthise that a bit more? Cause seriously, carpet? I mean, really, come on!"

I say with a smirk and the Shocker just get's riled up and screams sending another blast at me. Jumping into the I make a perfect landing infront of him, he get's ready for another blast before I kick his right arm towards the the safe cracking it open. I grab him by the shoulder and thrust my head towards his face he falls back stumbling to the back of the room.

"Oh you're....in.......a rom of pain....now.........budddyyyyyyyyyyyyyy...."

He stumbles towards the back of the room and then lands on the floor unconcious, and I can't help but smile. Bet he's "shocked" now, huh? Okay I'm glad I didn's say that one, with the bank saved I get the graplin hook and go in towards the city and send a quick message to Bruce.

"This is Robin to Batcave, situation under control."

Just read Keysers posts...........I think my mind exploded all across the room. I am still currently searching for pieces of my brain strewn across the room. I don't know quite what to say but......Half an inch?
