Apocalypse Original Actors returning - Official Thread

According to producer/writer Simon Kinberg, "some of the original cast" will be involved in X-Men: Apocalypse.

Let's discuss who we want to see, and speculate who they will bring back.

Obviously, Jackman will be back as Wolverine in the past, since it's set in the 80s, so the option above is for Jackman as the future version.

Also, I didn't put Blink, Sunspot, Warpath and Bishop in the poll as they aren't Original Trilogy cast, but we can talk about them in the posts below if you want them back, and nor did I include the First Class past cast - either the earlier ones (Banshee, Havok, Emma) or the new ones (Quicksilver, Toad, Ink, 'Spyke' or whoever it was).

I think it will be just cameo for the OT, something to bookend the movie (Xavier telling Logan about the history he missed).

I think the OT crew will only be used as bookends. Stewart and Jackman being the main ones, but I am sure those bookends will feature cameos by other people.

Would actually love Grammer, if anyone. Now that it's established cannon that Hank and Xavier has probably the closest relationship between any of the "original" X-Men.

If I had my way

First few minutes of APocalypse has Xavier showing wolverine around mansion
you have them briefly interact with Cyclops,Jean,and Beast and it ends with Xavier talking moving to past and then voiceover moves from Patrick Stewert to
James Mcavoy

at conclusion of 1980's events of Apocalypse it returns to 2023 you see
Xavier and and WOlverine again.You see Rogue now.You see some interaction
between wolverine and rogue and then screen goes to black with credits.

IMO, i think Stewart, Jackman, Marsden, Janssen, Berry and Grammer .
Remember guys, the movie will reintroduce a new Scott, Jean and Storm so i am pretty sure Fox want the original BIG 3 ( cameo of course) for the contrast ( old/young ) .

For the marketing, we can have posters like this for Cyclop, Jean, Storm and Beast

It probably the 4 Horsemen, I wanna see James, Halle, Ian, & Patrick.

Hugh will obviously be the main protagonist again, it'll be interesting to see him as an Antagonist, it would be refreshing

I disagree.There is quite likely not going to be any time travel In Apocalypse.

In most stories In COmics apocalypse Is not time traveler.

Something involving Nathan Summers would be interesting. Establishing those connections and planting those Cable/X-Force seeds Would certainly make use of the brief appearances by the OT. Instead of just having them there to have them there. There has to be, IMO, something MORE than just a continuation of the DOFP mansion scene/Xavier catching Wolverine up. Otherwise I don't see the point in including them.
