Ultimate Movie-Man said:Why couldn't he just have them in widescreen, with 5.1,but just not mess with the film itself? Is that toomuch to friggin' ask for?!?!
I can still still complain that the change was made in the first place, and you can either listen or not...In fact...why don't you stop *****ing that not everyone likes things the way you like them. For the love of God, move on back to tf.net and leave us aloneStarWarsAgent said:You can now all stop complaining about Greedo. Hope that makes you happy.
Well, back in '77 the movie was played in some theatres in 70mm Six-Track Dolby Stereo which was the percurssor to modern 5.1, so they could put it on the DVD if they wanted to.bluejake01 said:Yes...You wanted the originals right? The originals were presented in stereo sound. 5.1 wasn't even an apple in someone's eye in 1977
Gamma Ray said:They are not anamorphic. They are just ***** compared to what we should be getting.
All I want is the originals, but with some restoration. Clean the film, fix the ugly boxes around the ships, fix the lightsaber colors, but leave the pointless CGI crap out of it.

Maximum_Carnage said:I swear to god! George Lucas could ***** gold. Hand it out to all the Star Wars fans as gratitude, & all you b**chs would do is piss & moan about how he didn't clean each gold piece before handing them out.
