I saw Infamous at the Venice Film festival and Toby Jones was great in it as Truman Capote, maybe even better than Seymour Hoffman. And he'd be a great short annoying Penguin, too.

ooooh I like the Ian Holm idea. I'm not familiar with Toby Jones, but he certianly looks good, I'd like to see his performance as Capote. I'm still pissed Hoffman is out of the running, he would have been amazing.

When I think of Penguin I see either Bob Hoskins or Timothy Spall playing him, but if they both didn't get the part than I could see these three:

-Joe Pesci
- Robert Deniro

Yeah, Azamat Bagatov. And re-cast The Joker as Sascha Baron Cohen.

Only Philip Seymour Hoffman as The Penguin. And Bob Hoskins could be also good.

I don't know if he would work in the way they are making these movies

Considering the way these movies have worked has been

1. Big guy villain
2. Crime Boss villain

I think they will just stick with Joker in this one, then Two-Face in the next, with the Maroni family as the mob villains

if they keep doing these like making a 4, Riddler would be a good choice
