It's a cool poster, a bit bland but the colors seem off, almost as if the picture was black and white and then they colorized it by selecting parts and changing the hue/color balance. The head seems pasted on as well.

Sadly to my knowledge there's no bigger version. I don't read chinese/japanese either so that doesnt help since all the good stuff is on such sites.
